CASA BOUGANVILLE' IS A WELCOMING MEDITERRANEAN-STYLE HOUSE DIVIDED INTO TWO SEPARATE APARTMENTS - ACQUA MARINA AND STELLA MARINA - ABOUT 150 METERS FROM THE BEACH OF BOSA MARINA, WITH PRIVATE GARDEN, BBQ, OUTDOOR SHOWER, PRIVATE VERANDAS WHICH CAN BE RENTED EITHER SEPERATELY OR TOGETHER.
CASA STELLA MARINA- on the first floor.
This apartment has a living room, three bedrooms (one with a double bed), a kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, mosquito nets in front of every window, TV, DVD and WIFI. The apartment has its own private entrance and its own private veranda in the garden, equipped with a large teak dining table and chairs. The garden offers space to relax and is equipped with sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower. In a few minutes' walk ( approx. 150 metres) you reach the long sandy beach (free of charge) which slopes gently into the sea, the promenade with its restaurants, cafés and small shops.
The house is situated in a quiet location in the middle of a beautiful garden.
Secure space for bicycles in the private garden.
