About this property

This four bedroom, three full bath is located in a family friendly Woodlawn Subdivision, which is surrounded by shopping and restaurants yet is quiet and peaceful at night. The house has a fenced in backyard and is very kid friendly, including a trampoline and ninja warrior course. Sit on the back porch, grill out, build a fire, watch TV, and relax while the children run around.

Inside the house is a spacious master suite area that has its own private office attached and huge master bathroom. When the nights cool down, be our guest and build a nice fire in the living room or outside on the patio, a great place to relax.

The master bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, two bedrooms have double beds.

The house is roughly three miles from the Grove and Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and four miles from the square and has easy access on and off Highway 6.

Beautiful, spacious, clean home in friendly neighborhood

Duncan was very communicative and ensured our stay was painless. The home was as listed, and very comfortable. Tons of space, with a nice backyard.

Graduation trip 2021

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Duncan was so helpful and extremely pleasant to work with throughout the process. They left suggestions for our time in Oxford. Warm and Inviting!

We felt welcomed and enjoyed the pretty 4 bedroom/ 3 bath house. We were here for Graduation and loved having a comfy den to hang with our family. Everyone slept well in the beds! The kitchen had all our needs, and especially enjoyed the griddle to cook bacon. We would have liked to enjoy the fire pit and chairs out back but rained most of our trip. We appreciated the good communication with the owners and their efforts to make the home so inviting. It was a fabulous week-end!

Wonderful stay!!

Enjoyable weekend in a very roomy and clean home near campus and restaurants! The homeowner was very kind and accommodating! The owner even had a little surprise waiting for us after our mishap on the way to Oxford! Campus and the Square are both probably less than 2 miles away. Walmart is maybe a mile. Located on a nice, quiet street. Huge master bedroom with private sitting room. Plenty of room in this house for our party of eight! Enjoyed the three bathrooms! We stayed for graduation weekend but would make a great football weekend house! Thank you for a lovely stay!!!
