We are located right ON THE BEACH in Ravenna, in Lido Adriano at Viale Petrarca, 332 (intercom number 2, Gilioli-Suffi), where we have 3 two-room apartments, ALL JUST A FEW METERS FROM THE WATER'S EDGE, named respectively NIKE (VRBO listing 11206312), NEREIDI (VRBO listing 11206313), and CALLIOPE (VRBO listing 11206314), which are part of the “RESIDENCE CALYPSO.”

The apartment featured in this listing is “CALLIOPE” (see VRBO listing 11206314). There is a LARGE TERRACE measuring 160 square metres overlooking the sea just a few metres away, complete with a shaded pergola, sun loungers, etc. You’ll have access to 2 lounge chairs and a beach umbrella for the FREE PUBLIC BEACH adjacent to the large terrace. In our private beach garden, you can store lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, and children’s toys. (But if you prefer, you’ll find paid beach operators such as BAGNO 007, CALYPSO, and others listed online.) The “CALLIOPE” apartment is located at No. 256, on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift. You can view the “NEREIDI” apartment in the VRBO listing at 11206313. From the 5th-floor balcony, it offers a beautiful PANORAMIC SEA VIEW, and the PUBLIC BEACH is right below the balcony. In our garden on the beach, you can pick up a beach umbrella and deck chair or store your beach gear. “NEREIDI” is located at No. 248, on the 5th floor, accessible by lift. Two rooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 sofa bed + a foldable baby cot. A living room with 1 double sofa bed.

In the “NIKE” apartment (See VRBO listing 11206312), from the two balconies you’ll enjoy a beautiful, sweeping view of the sea and the beach. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas for the adjacent public beach are included in the price. In our private garden on the beach, you can also store your sun loungers, umbrellas, and children’s toys. You’ll be at No. 332, on the 4th floor (accessible by lift). The apartment features two rooms: one double bedroom, a living room with a 1.5-seater IKEA sofa bed, two balconies overlooking the sea, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen (no dishwasher), and a storage closet. Below is a large green lawn and a beach club (BAGNO CALYPSO) with a beach restaurant, live music, games for children on the sand, etc.

The three apartments described above share some common features. The KITCHENS in Nereidi and Calliope have been RENOVATED with new furnishings and appliances (induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, TV, etc.) (Nike has a gas stove with an electric oven; no dishwasher.) ALL WINDOWS OVERLOOK THE SEA, so they are well ventilated by the breeze and make the rooms particularly bright.
Each apartment has AIR CONDITIONING and a working heat pump. The SEA and the BEACH are just a short walk from the garden, with free and unrestricted use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Nearby, the City of Ravenna has set up a section of public beach where even your dog can swim (but not on the rest of the beach, which is reserved for people).
Adjacent to the building’s garden and the large PUBLIC BEACH, there are also well-equipped beach operators with bars, snack bars, and games for adults and children. Each guest will have a reserved, COVERED, and video-monitored PRIVATE PARKING SPACE within the apartment complex’s grounds. The stop for BUS No. 80, which takes you to the centre of Ravenna in 20 minutes, is located right in front of the apartment complex’s gate.
There is no Wi-Fi network dedicated exclusively to the apartments. However, you can connect via your cell phone’s hotspot, or you can use the “ONDALIBERA - SPIAGGERAVENNA” Wi-Fi network: registration is free at any beach establishment.
