holiday home with very nice private pool in quiet surrounding for 4-6 persons, with WiFi and aircon and bicycles. Beautiful holiday house for 4-6 persons with precious private pool and porches with pool bar and outdoor
kitchen.
It is an ideal holiday home for families – you can enjoy your Andalusian holidays living outside in quiet surroundings.
The details of the house are:
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a double bed and two bunk beds
1 bathroom with tub/shower, 1 small bathroom with toilet, washbasin and washing machine
Large living room with sofas, TV with international SAT-programmes, WiFi for free, air-conditioning.
Open kitchen, very good equipped with dishwasher, fridge, ceran cooker, microwave oven and all
necessary kitchen utensils.

There are two porches: one in front of the house with comfortable wooden furniture one other
porche near the pool with barbecue grill, outdoor kitchen with fridge and sink, dining table with chairs and TV.

There are 4 sun loungers. The beautiful pool has a special low area with seating benches – to enjoy
a glass of wine sitting in the cool of the pool ?
the plot is completely fenced in for protection against wind and views.
4 bicycles are provided (3 for adults and 1 for a child)
There is protected parking for 2 cars on the plot.

Wieder wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub im Casa David verbracht und waren wieder wunschlos glücklich.. Pool, überdachte Grillstelle, Außenkühlschrank, Fahrräder.... hier passt inklusive Lage einfach alles. Leider ist das Haus in unserem Zeitraum für 2026 schon belegt. Sonst wären wir ein drittes Mal gekommen.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Rustig gelegen in de omgeving van mooie stranden. Grote overkapping met BBQ. Ruime tuin met veel parkeergelegenheid.

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa. La casa está completamente equipada y la zona exterior con la piscina, el porche con la barbacoa, la barra, la tele y la nevera son el lugar ideal para disfrutar y relajarse. Es una zona tranquila, ideal para desconectar y muy cercana a Conil y sus playas. Y el propietario genial, atento a los detalles y dispuesto para lo que se necesite.

Very clean and comfortable, well appointed and efficiently managed. The kids loved the pool and it was a 10 minute drive to Conil and the (fabulous) beach.

Gepflegtes Haus in der Nähe eines Pinienwaldes

Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vermieter hilfsbereit. Großer Außenbereich. Haus ist etwas hellhörig und eher klein. Umgebung sehr ruhig und drum herum leben Einheimische. Der Pinienwald ist ca. 200m entfernt und man kann dort Joggen odr Radfahren.

Magnífico

La casa está en perfecto estado, con todo lo necesario para poder pasar la estancia y con un nivel de limpieza maravilloso, está todo cuidadísimo. La parte exterior de jardín y piscina es increíble, con su parte de bbq que está pensada para todo tipo de circunstancia climatológica. Admiten mascotas y nuestro perro estaba encantado. Recomiendo el alojamiento en casa David 100%.

We loved our stay at Casa David. We couldnt fault a thing. The house was exceptionally clean which I was especially happy about. It had everything we could possibly need. Beautiful villa with self enclosed garden

The villa was perfect for us having plenty of space and a fully enclosed garden so our escapee border terrier could run free with on worries about getting out. Walkable into Colorado which has shops and restaurants and only a 10 minute drive from Conil de la Frontera. Highly recommended.

Fabulous home away from home

Great property. It was very private. Immaculately clean. Our fault...but a little awkward meeting the caretaker and checking in if you don't speak spanish, we resorted to Google translate and sent texts. We had no tv because the remote was missing and although they promised to bring one the next day, we never got it. It wasn't a problem particurly, but would've been nice for the odd evening. The only criticism would be that the beds were rather uncomfortable, and would benefit greatly from a decent mattress topper. The most important criticism is that the patio tiles are lethally slippery when wet (ie on your way out of the pool). All in all it was a lovely place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Maison très sympa, beau jardin avec sa piscine et ses 2 terasses extérieures

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Casa David. Cette maison est localisée dans un quartier (El colorado) très calme entouré de pinèdes, proche des commerces, à environ 10 minutes des plages de Conil et El Palmar (pour les surfeurs). Les propriétaires sont très discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. Le jardin est très agréable avec piscine, barbecue, et 2 terrasses. Tout est fait pour vivre à l'extérieur. La maison est très bien équipée, tout y est pour cuisiner, il manque seulement quelques condiments quand on arrive les mains vides. Mais les supermarchés sont très proches. Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances au calme, cette maison est idéale.

Estamos muy contentos de nuestra estancia en Casa David, el propietario fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa. La casa es preciosa, muy comoda, la cocina bien equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar la comida. La piscina es de muy buen tamaño excelente para los niños, muy limpia y bien cuidada. El comedor exterior y zona de barbacoa son simplemente extraordinarios! Muchas gracias

La casa es preciosa. Tiene de todo, no le falta ningun detalle. Todo muy limpio. LLa barbacoa y el porche con tv para cenar fuera es increible. La piscina super limpia y el jardin muy bien cuidado. Tiene aire acondicionado, lavadora, bicicletas... No se puede pedir mas.

nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans la villa Casa David (2 semaines). La terrasse avec évier, frigo et barbecue nous a permis de passer le plus clair de notre temps à l extérieur. Super piscine.
