Positioned in the distinguished neighborhood of La Malagueta, this stunning beachfront holiday rental is just a 2-minute stroll the beach. Within a matter of steps, you can have your feet touching the warm Andalusian sand.



This recently-renovated apartment consists of one-bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room, dining-room and fully equipped kitchen.

There is a Murphy bed (150x190 cm pull-down bed attached to the wall) in the living room.



There are two bathrooms, one with shower and sink, the other one with shower, sink and toilet.



White walls and an open-plan layout create a free-flowing ambience primed for relaxation, complemented by heaps of natural light streaming through the large windows. Wake up early and enjoy sipping your café con leche while admiring the morning golden light dancing on the sea before spending the rest of the morning strolling along the promenade.



The Pier One (Muelle Uno) luxury marina with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops is located only minutes away. The city of Malaga is known for its great variety of museums, among which the Pompidou museum which is just arournd the corner. This holiday home in Malaga is a perfect opportunity to mix beach and culture.



Air-conditioning, heating and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. Parking is available upon request in a building nearby for 15€ per day.

Great location, beautiful view! Everything you need is within a short walk … groceries, restaurants, shopping, the pier, the beach. Property manager met us and was very helpful in explaining the unit and the local area. The only problem was the broken slider door that was stuck ajar and therefore needed to be closed off. It wasn’t a major problem and hopefully can be fixed soon. Everything else was perfect!

Nice little condo, super location. It is advertised as having 2 bathrooms, (listed as 2 showers). There is only one toilet between the 2 bathrooms.

A corner Apartment remodeled in recent years with IKEA is sleek, comfortable, open, with floor to ceiling (almost) windows to a panoramic view of the beach, “boardwalk” and Mediterranean. Restaurants, bakeries (definitely try Fermento Casa de Panaderos), groceries, etc at your doorstep. A short walk to the marina area with the more restaurants, bars and shops and an open air marketplace. The old town has high end shopping, museums, alcazaba, etc and is a lovely 15 minute walkshort bus (stop in front of apartment) ride. I definitely recommend “Mediterraneo” for your vacation stay in Malaga. We loved it and will be back!

Wonderful Mediteraneo

For its location - close proximity to the beach and city centre - and uninterrupted views of the sea, this is a simply fabulous apartment. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the furnishings and interior fittings were of a high standard. The location of the sitting area needs re-thinking so that while sitting on the sofa, visitors can watch the TV. And for anything other than a short stay, the lack of an oven is a problem that could easily be addressed by installing a combination microwave & oven in place of the existing ageing appliance.
