The apartment is on the first floor of La Chatelaine. The house has a cozy kitchen with dining table, a living room with a cozy sitting area and a TV and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a double bed. From the private terrace you have a view of the lighthouse. A nice bench is available for guests on a cozy little square in front of the house and the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee is just around the corner.

The beach, dunes, shop and restaurants are within walking distance of the holiday home. But also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are definitely worth a visit.

Das Apartment ist super gelegen und bietet eine hervorragende Möglichkeit, schnell in der Fußgängerzone mit den Geschäften und Restaurants zu sein. Der Zugang zum Meer liegt gleich dahinter.Der Austausch mit den Vermietern lief immer schnell und zuverlässig ab. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht genau den angegebenen Bildern und die Dachterrasse ist ein wahrer Traum. Wenn man allerdings bei schlechtem Wetter auf die BahDie Küche ist mit dem aller Nötigsten ausgestattet, allerdings sehr klein und die Besteckanzahl dürfte noch etwas erweitert werden. (aktuell zwei Gabel, Zwei Löffel etc.)

Positiv: Nähe zum Strand und Ort super. Neues Bad und schöne Dachterrasse (zum Ausruhen, nicht der Blick). Negativ: Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht ok. Viel zu teuer. Weil zum einen zu wenig und unvollständiger Besteck vorhanden war, mehrere Lampen defekt waren oder Leuchtmittel fehlten, die einzigen Stühle, man zum Essen benötigt, sehr unbequem sind und ohne Lehne, und man nicht gehbehindert sein darf wegen der steilen Stiege.

Sehr schönes 1-Zimmer Appartement
Nah am Zentrum, nah am Meer, super Terrasse, ruhig gelegen - wirklich klasse. Die Stiege nach oben ist allerdings sehr steil. Die schafft nicht jeder Vierbeiner.

Wir waren mit den Wohnungen 1 und 3 sehr zufrieden. Schöne Ausstattung und Möbel. Haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Lage der Wohnung direkt in einer Seitenstraße zur Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen.
