About this property

House Lana is located right by the beach and consists four apartments with covered terraces with sea view. Each apartment have his own entrance. App 1/ App 2 (1st floor), and App3 / App 4 (ground floor) can accommodate 2 to 6 people and has a kitchen with dishwasher (dishes,glasses..), refrigerator, living room with a double bed for 2 persons, TV-SAT, WIFI, air conditioning/heating. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and shower. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, second bedroom has two single beds. Swimming spot is directly in front of the house with the character of a private beach and it is easily accessible from the terrace. On the beach in front of the house you have chairs and umbrellas for a small fee. Parking is available in front of the house. Avaliable boat mooring.

Lage perfekt, Wohnung muss jedoch renoviert werden!

Wir haben 10 Tage hier verbracht (03.10.-13.10.) Lage des Ferienobjekts ist perfekt! Hatten traumhaftes Wetter und waren die einzigsten Gäste im Haus. Wurden bei der Ankunft freundlich empfangen, und uns wurden noch 40€ Kurtaxe abgeknüpft… In der Wohnung ist einiges stark renovierungsbedürftig! Kaputte Türleisten, Balkontüren schließen nicht richtig, unter den Betten lagen alte Taschentücher und Lutscherstäbchen, auf den Fensterbrettern Dreck. Im allgemeinen etwas schmuddeliger Zustand. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sowie Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Erholsamer und wunderschöner Urlaub

Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter sind vor Ort und somit jederzeit erreichbar. Appartement ist direkt am wunderschönen und kristallklarem Meer. Mit vorhandenem Bootsführerschein kann man vor Ort Motorboote mieten, genauso sind SUP und Jet-Ski gegen Gebühr zu mieten. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine ... ist alles vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Traumblick von der Superterrasse

Der traumhafte Ausblick von der Terrasse hatte im Inserat mein Interesse geweckt - und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! das Apartment war sauber, mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und die Kommunikation perfekt. Wir suchten Ruhe und fanden sie in der Nachsaison. Das Schwimmen im Meer war perfekt, der Wanderweg nach Karlobag für uns ideal. Für Einkäufe und anderes braucht man ein Auto, aber das erfährt man ja vorher. Das allerbeste ist jedoch die Grösse der Terrasse und der Ausblick. Immer wieder gerne!

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful vacation, inkluding family and two dogs. The appartment is placed with a fantastic sea view. The hoasts were helpful. We missed better supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
