About this property

House Lana is located right by the beach and consists four apartments with covered terraces with sea view. Each apartment have his own entrance. App 1/ App 2 (1st floor), and App3 / App 4 (ground floor) can accommodate 2 to 6 people and has a kitchen with dishwasher (dishes,glasses..), refrigerator, living room with a double bed for 2 persons, TV-SAT, WIFI, air conditioning/heating. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and shower. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, second bedroom has two single beds. Swimming spot is directly in front of the house with the character of a private beach and it is easily accessible from the terrace. On the beach in front of the house you have chairs and umbrellas for a small fee. Parking is available in front of the house. Avaliable boat mooring.

Das Haus und die Umgebung waren wie beschrieben. Die Gardinen und eine Steckdose waren Lose. Leider waren auch die Einzelbetten nicht sehr angenehm. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Man kann es nur empfehlen wenn man einen schönen ruhigen Urlaub machen will. Wenn wir können kommen wir sicher wieder.

1a Lage direkt am Wasser

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief direkt und ohne Probleme. Das Appartement war super gelegen. Es war sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Allerdings ist es in einigen Punkten renovierungsbedürftig ( Steckdosen, Duschabdichtung, Badezimmerschrank, Terrassenüberdachung) Alles in allem aber ein super Urlaub, da man sich ja hauptsächlich draußen aufhält.

Frühstück mit Meerblick

Das Appartement House Lana liegt sehr schön und ruhig direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es auch ein paar Mängel wie nicht befestigte Steckdosen, die Ablagen im Kühlschrank waren rostig, einige Liegestühle kaputt und die eine oder andere Wand könnte mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Nur Kleinigkeiten, die aber in Summe das Wohlbefinden etwas beeinträchtigt haben.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Ein fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse! Weiterhin sind die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
