Two bedroom apartment in the center of Cannes, very close to the Carlton hotel and right by the Croisette. Perfect for a relaxing holiday or for attending one of the many conferences at the Palais des Festivals.

Light and modern, set in a secure and well maintained building right in the center of Cannes.

A 4 minute walk to the Croisette (300 meters) and around 14 minutes to the Palais des Festivals (1.1KM), it is situated between the Carlton and the Martinez hotels and has a great delicatessen/grocery store at the bottom of the building.

On a one way street with no noisy bars, a restaurant accross the road and adjacent to the amazing rue d'Antibes.

The first bedroom has two single beds, and the second bedroom which looks out onto the terrace has one double bed.

There is a modern shower room with a walk in shower and a washbasin, and a separate guest toilet with a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan to the living room which looks out onto terrace.
