The cabin is clean with all the necessary amenities. Friendly host with great instructions on everything. The only down side was my wife constantly telling me to come quick and see the elk!! Next morning the deer were right out the door! So fun to sit on the deck and watch the animals.
Our family of four with two small kids (ages 4 & 2) had an amazing time at the cabin. It’s a very short drive from many eateries, shops and the National Park entrance.
The canon feels recently updated yet still maintains a rustic charm.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.
This property is very clean and it had everything we could possibly need. The owner has done a good job of thinking of what could be needed. The property is located a few miles from downtown but it is an easy drive to there. Highly recommend this property.
My wife and I spent several days hiking RMNP. The location and accommodations were perfect for a 4 day stay. The house is minutes from the park and so close to town for restaurants and groceries. The back deck is super for reading and computer work as well as enjoying a glass of wine. We would book this house again in the future.
We enjoyed our stay in this historic cabin. Our first night was punctuated with a large Elk rubbing his antlers on a tree just outside my sons window. It was magic.
We spent an amazing few days in Estes Park and this cabin was ABSOLUTELY perfect for our family of four. It was well supplied, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Estes (yet still close), only 5 minutes from RMNP entrance and communication with the host Michael was wonderful. Rustic yet modern and had turkeys and an elk just feet from the cabin. If you are looking for a place in Estes, this should be your place!!
This cabin was perfect for our family of four. Our host gave great communication before we arrived and promptly answered several questions about checkout the day before we had to leave.
We spent four nights and never ate out- cooked every meal in the cabin kitchen. We enjoyed mornings drinking coffee on the deck, seeing elk in the neighborhood. Evenings were spent watching the sun set over the mountains and sitting by the gas fire pit. Our children loved the games and books provided in the cabin.
Everything was so relaxing and comfortable that we didn't want to leave! Definitely a place we'll book again!!
We had a lovely time at the cabin. Michael was very attentive to an issue we had and attempted to remedy it right away which was very much appreciated. The cabin itself was perfect for our stay. We spent most of the days hiking at RMNP and then relaxed out on the deck which had some beautiful views and wildlife. The owners had everything you might need. Even the small things like dish soap and a sponge, which doesn't happen at every rental. We would absolutely stay here again!
The cabin was very well decorated and furnished with everything you might need for your stay! It's also very close to downtown Estes Park and Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. The GAS fire pit was nice to sit around and enjoy the outside. When it rained, there was a section of the deck that was covered, which was super nice to be able to still sit outside. Michael was very responsive, as well. Check in process was immensely easy, and I appreciated the easy check out process compared to other rentals I've stayed at! I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone!
This place was perfect for us visiting RMNP! We spent our days in the park, and this was the perfect place to come back to and rest and relax. It’s off the beaten path of Estes Park, but close enough to everything to be where you want to be in minutes! The house was clean, and the host was prompt with his responses!
This cabin was cozy and everything that we ever wanted. It was ckean and the host responded very quickly. We had zero issues with anything in the cabin. I highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay near the rocky mountains.
We enjoyed our stay at the rustic cabin. It is very close RMNP entrance. The cabin had everything need for cooking meals which was great for our family.
Michael was an excellent host, the property was in great shape and it was everything our family needed for our hiking trip. We even left an item behind and he was kind enough to ship it free of charge to us. Would definitely recommend this cabin and stay here again!
It was everything we needed for 5 days in Estes Park. Close to Rocky Mountain NP and restaurants and wildlife, elk visited the yard while we safely observed and enjoyed the quiet mountain view.
