Welcome to THE OWLS NEST. Estes Park Vacation rental #3160. You are welcome to call, or text me at anytime with questions. You may also instant book if you'd like. The Owls Nest is conveniently located right above Bond Park and the heart of downtown Estes Park. 1336 square foot house with a 350 square foot deck that overlooks the Stanley hotel , Lumpy mountain range and a partial view of lake Estes. Great viewing spot for the July 4th fireworks. Living room has great views Of Lumpy Range, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen are all located on the main floor. Main floor also has a bathroom with a shower, queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two twin beds. The main suite is upstairs and has been updated and is now completely private! No more partial loft. The main suite has a full bathroom walk-in closet and a good view of the Stanley Hotel and the Lumpy Ridge. We have a full size washer / dryer. the best WIFI Estes Park has to offer, and Four Smart TV's one in each bedroom and one located in the living room. Wildlife is abundant. You are close to town and within walking distance to shopping, the Aerial Tramway, Fun city with miniature golf , slides, bumper boats and race cars. Fantastic location warm and cozy home. Clean, decorated classic contemporary. Personal attention to detail for your comfort , convenience, and your enjoyment. Wonderful outdoor space and private backyard with a grill. If you like golf, Estes Park Golf course was recently rated #6 in the United States for beautiful courses in the Golf Book of lists.

The property was excellent and had everything that we could have needed for a perfect stay. It is a great location that allowed us to walk to the downtown area during our stay. We were in town getting ready to host a wedding at the Stanley Hotel The Hilltop Cottage was a great location - with off street parking and very walkable to DT EP both of which are real premium amenities It was very well stocked and could hold our crowd well The views of the mountains and the Stanley Hotel were fantastic!! Last but not least the hosts were great communicators and very responsive / helpful!

Excellent location, easy walking distance to art festival, restaurants, & shops. We were able to drive to RMNP easily too. Very clean & the kitchen was well equipped The 2 downstairs bedrooms are small but adequate for a vacation rental. Downstairs bath is located away from bedrooms but it wasn’t a problem. Upstairs bedroom is large. I would stay there again.

We purchased this home in November 2015 and did a remodel to get into the short term rental market. We are Colorado natives and currently reside in Hygiene just down the hill from our Estes Park property. I've been going to Estes Park and RMNP for decades and never tire of it's beauty. You can explore endlessly and see new things every time.

Why they chose this property

I've always dreamed of owning a mountain property in beautiful Colorado. Estes Park is one of my most favorite mountain towns and it's so close to the urban corridor. Just a short drive to my home town of Boulder Colorado. It's also so close to my favorite mountain drive Trail Ridge road, which takes you to grand lake another stunning mountain town.

What makes this property unique

The Owls Nest has the best location in Estes Park. One can literally walk to dinner, festivals , and shopping. The views and wildlife are also amazing. After hiking one day I came home and had 8 deer inside my front picket fence. Just awesome. The elk meandering all through the neighborhood and Estes Park is also amazing. I never tire of watching them
