Vicino alla famosa oasi di Biderosa e a soli 800 mt dalla spiaggia di Cala Ginepro , è la meta ideale per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e godere della bellezza di acque limpide e spiagge di finissima sabbia bianca.
Situato al piano terra, l'appartamento A arredato in modo semplice ma funzionale, è così composto: una cucina, due camere da letto, bagno, ampia veranda attrezzata con tavoli e sedie. In comune a disposizione dei nostri ospiti, barbecue, lavanderia, docce e collegamento wi-fi ( password da richiedere al proprietario ).A fare da cornice a tutto l'appartamento , uno splendido giardino arricchito da piante di ulivo, piante aromatiche e fiori profumatissimi.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

In der Wohnung ist fast alles da, was man benötigt, wir haben uns aber fast nur zum Schlafen innen aufgehalten, ansonsten auf der Veranda mit dem tollen Blick auf den schönen Garten. Was es gab: (sicherer) Parkplatz vor dem Anwesen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, Mückennetze, sehr nützliche Waschmaschine, Außendusche und sehr hilfreiche und freundliche Gastgeber. Zudem sehr viel Flexibilität beim Ein- und Auschecken. Strände sind zu Fuß in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar, Biderosa mit einem längeren Fußmarsch ist auch möglich. Zum Einkaufen wird ein Auto benötigt. Danke Antonio an dich und deine Fammilie für einen sehr entspannten Urlaub.

Très bon séjour au calme avec des propriétaires très accueillant. Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à trouver la location.

Liebevoll gestaltete Gartenanlage, noch schöner als auf den Bildern

wir hatten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohneinheit und alles andere war wie beschrieben. Wir wohnten im EG. Die Wohnung war zweckmäsig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Handtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden und die Bettwäsche schon bezogen. Über uns und hinter uns war eine Wohneinheit. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig, hatte uns aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt waren es 4 Wohneinheiten, welche alle einen separaten Garteneingang hatten. Der Garten ansich war top gepflegt und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Auserdem fanden wir es sehr angenehm zu unserem Bad, zusätzlich eine Außenduche zu haben. Für die Abkühlung zwischendurch einfach genial. Übrigens hatte jede Wohneinheit eine eigene Außendusche im eigenen Wohnbereich. Auserdem fanden wir es sehr angenehm, dass durch geschickte Anordnung der Pflanzen im Garten ein gewisser Sichtschutz bestand. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern schützten uns vor den Stechmücken. Das W-Lan war nicht immer stabil, fanden wir aber nicht schlimm. Lebensmitteleinkaufgelegenheiten gab es einen Ort weiter, in ca. 5 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, dass die Preis-Leistung stimmt und obendrauf hat man sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir wurden sogar einmal mit einem Kuchen überrascht. Herzlichen Dank Antonio es war schön bei euch.

Ort zum Entspannen

Die Wohnung ist schlicht und einfach ausgestattet verfügt jedoch über alles wa benötigt wird. Da das Objekt über eine wunderschöne Außenanlage verfügt hält man sich eh nur wenig innen auf. Die Matratze sind gut, so daß man erholsam schlafen kann. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch, so dass eine Kommunikation hände und Füße benötigt oder das Übersetzungsprogramm des Handys. WLAN ist kaum vorhanden, hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Der Strand ist fußläufig auch mit Kindern in 10 min zu erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich die Relax Bar, in der man lecker essen gehen kann. Auch einkaufen ist in einer Entfernung von 5min mit dem Auto möglich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt empfehlen wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet, sich aber in freundlicher und naturnahen Umgebung entspannen möchte!

Bellissima casa in un ambiente molto curato / Wünderschönes Haus in einem sehr gepflegten anlage

Casa molto bella e curatissima con un giardino molto spazioso e curatissimo e in una zona molto tranquilla. Il signor Antonio è molto disponibile e gentile. La casa è il punto di partenza ottimale per andare a Berchida o Bidderosa. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari. Haus sehr schön und gepflegt in einem grösseren und ruhigen Gartenanlage. Der Eigentümer, signor Antonio, ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Haus ist der optimale Startpunkt für den Besuch der Stränden von Berchida und Bidderosa. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
