Terraced house on two floors, surrounded by a park consisting of 3. 000 square meters of fenced garden with ancient olive trees, palms and tall trees and 4. 000 square meters of clean and fenced pine forest. Just 50m away is a beach with seaweed; at 100m a mixed beach with seaweed and sand and at 500m there is the splendid beach of the naturalistic oasis of Orvile, 5 sails assigned by Goletta verde di Legambiente, free beach, little frequented, not equipped about 1 km long, reachable on foot or in the car. The parking lots on Orvile beach are under a paid municipal pine forest. Presence of refreshment bars on the beach.
The property is fully furnished for 4/6 people and is composed of:

Agréable séjour

Avec mon mari et mes enfants nous avons séjourné dans une maison très agréable avec un grand terrain où les enfants peuvent courir et s'amuser. Le lieu est très reposant et la cerise sur le gâteau c'est la plage au bout du jardin. Il s'agit d'une plage avec des algues mais c'était très sympa de faire des ricochets avec mes enfants qui ont adoré. L'endroit est à 500 mètres d'une grande plage parfaite pour les familles. De plus, l'endroit est idéal pour visiter les alentours sans faire trop de route. San Teodoro a été un vrai coup de cœur pour ses marchés et sa vie nocturne. La maison est tout confort et nos hôtes nous ont bien accueilli à l'arrivée. Je recommande cet endroit.

Bellissima villetta in posto tranquillo

Molto bella, villettacentrale di 3 con un enorme giardino, portico e spazio per mangiare all'aperto, tutto immerso nel verde. Si trova a ridosso della pineta proprio ad 1 minuti dalla spiaggia in un luogo veramente tranquillo e silenzioso. Come detto l'acqua non è potabile ma vengono fornite taniche di acqua per lavare le verdure e cose varie. I proprietari fantastici, ci hanno accolto praticamente alle 23 senza problemi ed inviato in anticipo la posizione esatta. Casa consigliatissima!

Ferienwohnung mit toller Terasse und wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle, zum Teil überdachte Terrasse, so dass man sowohl Schatten hat als auch vor Regen geschützt ist. Der große Garten führt direkt an einen kleinen Strand mit Seegras, an dem man auch gut Baden kann. Andere wunderschöne Strände sind entweder fussläufig oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls 5-10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Tity ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten den großen Gemeinschaftsgarten eigentlich für uns. Wie in den Vorbewertungen schon geschrieben gibt es kein Trinkwasser in der Wohnung, aber warmes Wasser zum duschen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung und den Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen. Grazie mille per tutto!!!

Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist funktionell und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar. Das Meer ist mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Alles in Allem war es ein erholsamer Urlaub. Diese Wohnung können wir weiter empfehlen.

Soggiorno tranquillo

Casetta vicina al mare in una zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos. A pochi Km ampia scelta di spiagge di sabbia e roccia. Non disponibile nella casa l’acqua potabile che comunque il proprietario fornisce in taniche (inconveniente irrisorio). Consigliata per vacanza relax!!!

Für uns war alles perfekt, alles erforderliche da. Rustikal, viel Natur, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack....und wenn es ein Problem gab, war Tity erreichbar und hat sich schnell darum gekümmert.

Zum Abschalten, Genießen und Träumen

Mit meinen drei Kindern war ich für 10 Tage im Ferienhaus. Und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Sehr schön war die große Terasse vor dem Haus zum Frühstücken und Abendessen. Die Küche war sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung (Kühlschrank, Herd etc.) hat durchgängig ohne Probleme funktioniert. Abends gab es Mücken auf der Terasse. Es war aber sehr schön, dass die Mücken nicht in die oberen Schlafräume geflogen sind. Der Strand direkt hinter dem Haus hatte viel Seegras. Aber zwei Minuten Gehweg in Richtung Norden und 5 - 10 Minuten Gehweg in den Süden war der Strand wunderschön.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wer etwas sucht, was abgelegener ist und sehr ruhig, wird hier fündig. Ein kleines Häuschen mit traumhaftem Garten direkt am Strand. Fehlende Ausstattung wurde auf Anfrage direkt vorbei gebracht (keine 15 min). Sehr netter Vermieter. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Achtung: Wer im Urlaub abhängig von WLAN ist, oder nicht immer eine kleine Wendeltreppe zum Klo steigen möchte, für den ist dieses Haus nichts. Für uns hingegen war es exakt das, was wir wollten und wir könnten es uns sogar vorstellen auch mit Kindern eines Tages diesen Urlaub zu wiederholen. Liebe Grüße aus Köln

Very relaxing

All went well, place is basic, but we wanted to be close to the beach and have a garden, this one is huge. The neighbourhood was already deserted for winter, so we had the beach to ourself. The water in the house is not drinkable. If you ve got an issue with big containers full of fresh water, this place is not for you. We thought it was adventurous...

Exceeding expectations

When you read that you can reach the beach form your home just crossing a 100-year-old olive grove you think, oh well. let's see. And then you are there and it is exactly as they said, and the beach is amazing. During our stay we literally only wore swimmers and shorts. Fantastic! I can only recommend it. And the hosts are equally gracious. Full points! Will definitely go back, maybe in Winter.

Traumhaftes Ferienhäuschen!

- Wunderschöner, großer Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit - Angrenzendes Strandkieferwäldchen, in dem man Hängematten aufhängen und Ball spielen kann. - 1 Minute zum netten Hausstrand mit flachem Wasser, einigem Seegras und Steinen im Wasser. - 10min zu einem kilometerlangen Sandstrand mit herrlicher Bademöglichkeit und schöner Sicht auf Posada und Hinterland - Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5- 10 minütiger Fahrt entfernt - Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar waren, da sie im Nebenhaus wohnen - Schöne Räumlichkeiten

Vacanza di assoluto relax

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana all'insegna della tranquillità. Abbiamo scelto di andare al mare nella vicina spiaggia di Orvile (15 min a piedi) che é una spiaggia meravigliosa con acqua cristallina, pineta con panche e tavoli e un grazioso baretto sulla spiaggia. La casa è su due livelli, graziosa e confortevole con veranda e barbecue privati ed ha rispettato la descrizione presentata sul sito. La quiete del posto ci ha fatto piacevolmente dimenticare il caos della città. É stato bellissimo passeggiare nella spiaggia più vicina e fare il bagno all'alba col sorgere del sole :) I proprietari sono stati cordiali, disponibili ma allo stesso tempo discreti. Lo consigliamo sicuramente :) Monica e Michele
