Das GelĂ€nde und die Wohnung waren generell so, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Der Platz und die Lage der Unterkunft waren prima. Auch den Pool und die NĂ€he zum Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Schade war, dass die Einrichtung, speziell in der KĂŒche zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig ließ. Defekte SchranktĂŒren, eine SpĂŒlmaschine, die sich nur bei geöffnetem Backofen öffnen ließ und verschiedene weitere Kleinigkeiten kosten hier den 5. Stern. FĂŒr 2 Wochen Familienurlaub aber trotzdem eine gute Unterkunft.

Excellent location

Property is comfortable although a little tired: the kitchen has excellent cooking and dishwasher but a crazy design whereby you need to open the oven door to access the dishwasher- not great when cooking a Christmas dinner! Check in was poor, 2 hours late and address given to collect the key simply did not exist - frustrating and time consuming with two small children. We needed to ask for more towels which eventually arrived after four days. However, the accommodation is large, well appointed and with wonderful beach access to a small resort that is populated by many Spanish tourists so a great feel. You might be keen to know the children’s pool is not heated.

Viele Kakerlaken, schlechter Zustand und dreckig

Wir mussten den Aufenthalt nach 3 Tagen abbrechen, da das Haus unzumutbar war. Mehr als 20 Kakerlaken/Schaben in den 2 Tagen, viel Dreck und viele kaputte EinrichtungsgegenstÀnde.

Fuimos un grupo de amigos, la casa fue entregada con cucarachas muertas, no 1 ni 2 sino mas de 8, la vitro cerĂĄmica a duras penas funcionaba, nos hicieron pagar 200 euros de fianza, cosa que es respetable y lĂłgico, lo que no es logico es que no te la devuelvan, primero de todo, el plazo era de 15 dias, su respuesta fue al dia 17, mientras escribia mensajes al telefono de whatsapp y al correo casi a diario, sigo a la espera de que me contesten en el correo, la fianza, supuestamente, no es devuelta por desperfectos, cuyo no hemos causado nosotros y manchas en sabanas y cortinas, que esas si que podemos haber sido nosotros, pero consideramos que para eso tambien esta la tasa que te hacen pagar de limpieza, y limpiar esas manchas no son nada del otro mundo, cabe recalcar que una de esas manchas tampoco era nuestra, mandaron fotos de la nevera rota, que no fuimos nosotros porque recordamos el ultimo dia antes de salir vaciarla entera. Repito que no me contestan a los mensajes y mis 200 euros siguen sin ser devueltos, nosotros salimos del aprtamento el dia 30 de Junio y las fotos fueron sacadas el dia 11 de Julio, y enviadas el 17, me gustaria con este mensaje, dejar claras las condiciones en que fue entregada la casa y que en el caso de que os quieran quitar 200 euros de fianza lo van a hacer sin ningun tipo de problema y sin contestar, muchas gracias

Super tranquilo

La zona y el complejo en si, es muy tranquilo, a penas se oye ruido. La piscina es enorme. La casa es muy grande, y comoda para alojarte con amigos y niños. Pero si tiene puntos de mejora, ya que hay algunas cosas antiguas que se pueden arreglar y eso ayudaria mucho. La limpieza tambien es un punto a mejorar, y el sillon del salon tiene muchas manchas. Pero nos gusto mucho la estancia.

VÀlutrustat hus i trevligt omrÄde

OmrÄdet Àr lugnt och skönt med bara ett par minuters promenad till bra strand, mataffÀr m.m. Stor och fin pool, gott om solstolar. Huset har en fantastisk utsikt frÄn takterrassen och lilla balkongen. Huset Àr vÀlutrustat - det mesta finns hÀr. En AC dock trasig under vÄr vistelse vilket inte hann ÄtgÀrdas. StÀdning kunde ha varit bÀttre men eftersom allt stÀdmaterial fanns pÄ plats var det lÀtt att ÄtgÀrda!

Tolle Unterkunft in Meloneras

Wir waren mit insgesamt sechs Personen in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft hĂ€tte noch mindestens fĂŒr 2-4 weitere Personen Platz. Neben der Dachterrasse gibt es zwei weitere Terrassen und einen Balkon, so dass man immer ein sonniges oder schattiges PlĂ€tzchen ergattern kann. Den Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse zu genießen ist ein Traum. In der KĂŒche fehlt es an nichts, GeschirrspĂŒler, Waschmaschine, Trockner
 Alles dabei! Ricardo als Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben hĂ€ufig gegrillt, mit den großen Grill kann man locker die ganze Familie versorgen. Der Weg zum großen Pool ist kurz, hier ist es auch nie ĂŒberfĂŒllt. Am Pool stehen Sonnenschirme und liegen bereit. Zum Strand geht es circa 6 Minuten zu Fuß Berg ab, dann ist man schon da. Der Strand ist schön. Die Restaurants am Strand haben wir nicht ausprobiert, sie bekommen auf TripAdvisor jedoch gute Bewertungen. Zum nĂ€chsten grĂ¶ĂŸeren Strand nach Maspalomas kann man zu Fuß entlang der schönen Strandpromenade laufen, das sind circa 30 Minuten Spaziergang. mit dem Mietwagen geht es natĂŒrlich noch schneller. Ansonsten können wir auf jeden Fall auch die anderen StrĂ€nde Richtung Westen empfehlen Las Palmas ist in etwas mehr als 40 Minuten zu erreichen, hier lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch ein Besuch. Auch Puerto Mogan muss man gesehen haben. FĂŒr aktive empfiehlt sich die Wanderung zum Roque Nublo, Dazu braucht es eine circa einstĂŒndige Fahrt hoch in die Berge auf circa 1500 m. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, man kann in dieser Gegend viel unternehmen und hat mit der Unterkunft eine sehr angenehme Bleibe. Danke auch an Ricardo fĂŒr seine FlexibilitĂ€t bei der An und Abreise .

Necesita mejorar

La casa estĂĄ muy bien ubicada, las zonas comunes del complejo bien cuidadas, piscina maravillosa, zona tranquila para descansar en tus vacaciones. En relaciĂłn a la limpieza de la casa fatal, Tuvimos que esperar para entrar porque el dueño nos dijo que la estaban limpiando y resulta que habĂ­a muchĂ­sima suciedad, los muebles y los pisos llenos de polvo, los baños si estaban limpios y la cocina parecĂ­a que tambiĂ©n, pero cuando fuimos a utilizarla, el estractor no funcionaba y estaba muy sucio, lleno de grasa y el menaje de cocina estĂĄ muy usado. El baño de la primera planta olĂ­a fatal y el señor nos dijo que habĂ­an tenido un problema con los bajantes, tal es asĂ­ que en el dormitorio de la planta sĂłtano, habĂ­a humedad en el techo porque justo encima estaba ese baño y la Ășltima noche no pudimos usar ese dormitorio porque se desprendiĂł la pintura del techo, cayendo encima de la cama. En el apartamento del sĂłtano cada dĂ­a aparecĂ­an cucarachas. Uno de los aires acondicionados de los dormitorios de la segunda planta funciona pero no enfrĂ­a. Otro de los problemas fue que la wifi no funcionaba nada bien, tal es asĂ­ que tuvimos al tĂ©cnico en tres ocasiones para intentar solucionarlo. En fin, a la casa le hace falta una buena limpieza y reforma para estar a la altura del alquiler que piden por ella.

Fantastic location with a marvellous sea view

Just returned from a marvellous vacation in Ricardos villa. We were 9 people and there was plenty of beds and room for everyone. On arrival we were met by the friendly and helpfull owner Ricardo, who showed us around and explained everything about the house and area. The villa has 3 floors. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. One of the rooms has a balcony with a spectacular view to the sea. The other room has a nice view to the pool area. The ground floor has a toilet and large living room with open kitchen. In the basement there a bathroom, a seperate bedroom with 2 beds and a living room with room for 4 people. On top of it all there's a sun terrace equpped with 2 sunbeds and a lounge set for 4. From this terrace you can enjoy the most stunning sunset. The pictures on this site from the house are true. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and everything in the house was working as expected. The wifi is sufficiently good for streaming. There's a few hundred meters to the Meloneras beach where there's a collection of bars and restaurants with reasonable prices. If you want more restaurants you can just take a nice walk along the sea promenade into the fancy area of Meloneras There's a 5 minute walk to the Mercadona supermarket which has everything you need at very low prices (cheaper than discount supermarkets in Denmark) The area is quiet, clean and taken good care of. The pool area has a large (50m) pool, a heated kids pool and some sort of bubblebath.There's always a lot of available sunbeds. We will definately return another time.

Beautiful spacious house in a quiet parc

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The hospitality of the owner Ricardo is very nice and cheerful. The house was clean, spacious, with sufficcient towel, beds, bedlinnen, etc. the views of the frontside terraces and the one on the roof are spectacular. With 5 differents terraces there's allways a place you love to sit. The house was clean and tidy. Only things not working were the diswasher and the cooking hob, otherwise it would have been a five star. The rest of the parc is very quiet, well maintained and with a large pool. (Non heated). We will certainly come again. Ronald

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in angenehmer Ferienanlage an ruhiger Lage in der NĂ€he von Sandstrand

Wir konnten eine perfekte Ferienwoche im Haus von Ricardo verbringen. Uebernahme und RĂŒckgabe der SchlĂŒssel konnten wir problemlos mit Ricardo vereinbaren. Das Haus ist grosszĂŒgig eingeteilt. 2 grosse Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss mit WC/Dusche und 2 Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock. Parterre gut eingerichtete KĂŒche mit Bar und Wohnzimmer. Vor dem Haus Terrasse und zusĂ€tzlicher Sitzplatz mit jeweils Esstischen und StĂŒhlen. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich auch noch einen Sitzplatz mit HĂ€ngematte. In der Anlage gibt es einen grossen Pool mit vielen Liegen. In nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man den Sandstrand, herrlich zum Schwimmen. In weiteren 20 Minuten erreicht man die DĂŒnen von Maspalomas. In der NĂ€he gibt es viele Restaurants, die fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar sind. Tolle Anlage.

Vacaciones excelentes en Meloneras

Casa en muy buen estado, perfectamente situada y completamente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estancia en familia. La vista desde la planta alta es espectacular donde se puede observar mar y montaña. La comunidad es tranquila y limpia donde se puede disfrutar de la piscina inmensa. Todo es en buen mantenimiento. A solo 5 minutos de la casa hay una playa simpåtica donde se encuentra varios restaurantes , una heladería y un pequeño supermercado. El acceso al mar es un poco difícil por la cantidad de piedras en la orilla. La mejor parte para nadar esta å la izquierda. Sin embargo en general todo estå perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones agradables y relajados en familia.

Dezember-2017-Urlaub, A&A in Bahia Meloneras

Ein phantastischer 14-Tage-Urlaub ĂŒber Weihnachten 2017, -mit einem fabelhaften, sonnenreichen Jahreswechsel ins 2018. Wir, A&A, haben ein phantastisches Domizil des Ferienhauses Bahia Meloneras, (Calle Mar Caspio 115) genossen, groß, gerĂ€umig, sehr gepflegt, - mit allem drum und dran, Dachterasse mit fabelhaftem Blick auf das naheliegende Meer, „inside“ eine sehr gut und umpfangreich ausgestattete KĂŒchen-Anlage mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, große Aussenterasse, - im Hintergrund moderne Waschmaschinen-Anlage inkl. Trockner, ... Jeden Abend konnten wir vom Balkon aus, einen stimmungsvollen Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf`s Meer erleben. In der Anlage selbst ist es ruhig und außerhalb gibt es reichlich Restaurants, SupermĂ€rkte (groß und klein). Der große, moderne Supermercado bietet eine große Vielfalt an Fisch und Fleisch zu erstaunlich gĂŒnstigen Preisen. Auch kann man den Mercado gut zu Fuß erreichen. An dem nahegelegenen, sehr idyllischen Strand Basito Blanco waren wir tĂ€glich schwimmen. Toll war fĂŒr mich, dass ich jeden Tag fĂŒr EUR 7,- den Fitnessraum im gegenĂŒberliegenden Hotel H10 nutzen konnte. Ferner gibt es auch draußen, dicht am Meer, gute Möglichkeiten zu Joggen. Einige interessante AusflĂŒge in die Bergwelt ergĂ€nzten unseren WohlfĂŒhlurlaub. Wir sind so begeistert von dem Mix aus Ruhe, Natur, aber auch Leben und Geselligkeit. Wir kommen wieder! A&A

Grandiose Anlage !Sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub!

Alles war exakt so wie es uns beschrieben wwurde vor Ort. Äusserst gepflegte Anlage und Haus mit wunderschönen Ausblicken von Terasse und Balkon.Der grosse Pool war nicht ĂŒberlaufen und lag direkt hinter dem Haus.Zum sehr schönen kleinen familiengerechten strand konnte man leicht zu fuss kommen .gepflegte leckere restaurants haben zum absolutem wohlgefĂŒhl beigetragen.wir wĂŒrden jederzeit gerne wider dort einen urlaub verbringen und können sowwwohl fĂŒr paare als auch familien nur weiter empfehlen. Traumhafter Urlaub auf Gran Canaria

Die Anlage mit Haus, Pool usw. sind in einem hervorragendem Zustand. Trotz sehr ruhiger Lage, mit herrlichem Blick ĂŒber den Atlantik, sind die Wege ins StĂ€dtchen, dank wunderschöner Strandpromenade nicht weit. Es stehen eine unzĂ€hlige Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars zur VerfĂŒgung, so dass jeder Feinschmecker auf seine Kosten kommen wird. Wir können das Anwesen nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen und werden sicherlich weitere Urlaube dort verbringen......
