This completely refurbished holiday home offers a light, fresh and spacious interior with sea views from the upper floor. It sleeps between 6 and 8 guests and has parking for 3 cars.

The whole property accommodates up to 8 guests with 6 guests sleeping in 3 bedrooms and 2 guests in a separate 1 bedroom Cabin just across the patio.

It is the perfect retreat for the whole family to explore the lovely seaside town of Lyme Regis and the wider Jurassic Coast.
The space
This captivating modern home, with its own parking for three cars, sits in the centre of Lyme Regis and is just minutes away from the small lanes and streets with lovely boutique shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and just a five minute walk to the seafront with sandy beach, promenade and the beautiful Lyme Regis landscaped garden.

Hillside is situated towards the bottom of the Hills Road in Lyme Regis so no big hills to walk up and down in this beautiful seaside town. The house is entered via a few steps at the side of the house straight from drive just outside where there is ample parking for three large cars. The house is situated on two levels with the living areas on the ground floor and upstairs sleeping areas with family bathroom and three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom (Lyme) has a kingsize bed, large TV and ensuite shower room, the second bedroom (Charmouth) a double bedroom and the third bedroom (Uplyme) has two single beds.

Downstairs in the hall there is a further shower room, a utility room with washing machine and freezer. Just to the left of the front door is a snug room which is perfect for reading, listening to music or playing games if you want to get away from the main living area. At the end of the hall is a spacious lounge with comfy sofas and large smart TV and directly opposite the open lounge you have the large kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

Beyond the kitchen is the attached conservatory which has a folding table that can easily be turned into a dining room or additional sitting area with further comfortable chairs (see photos of the different arrangements). Making your way through the conservatory doors takes you to the outside terrace with furniture and also to The Cabin, a self contained annexe that sleeps 2 with a living area with kitchenette, double bedroom with ensuite shower room which is just perfect for two members of your family to be able to escape for some space and quiet time during their stay.

Hillside is one of a select few Special Dorset Cottages and is a very flexible house. It will appeal to families or groups where couples may want to have time away from others (ie in The Cabin or the snug).
Guest access
The house sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms. An additional 2 guests sleep in The Cabin.

NB The Cabin is only available with house when sleeping 8 guests. It is not available on its own or when the house is let just for 6 guests unless 6 guests wish to pay for the use the facilities for 8 guests.
