It’s certainly not the biggest apartment in our collection, and to say the interiors are minimalist would be an understatement, but it’s a great base from which to explore the Capital, situated within touching distance of Westbourne Park Tube station. Plus, it’s right on the canal, which isn’t a bad setting for a morning stroll with your fellow guest.

Other things to note
COMMUNAL AREA - Please be aware that although the external of the building and communal areas might not be very attractive and in need of renovation, the flat itself is lovely.
UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 days or more a complimentary weekly clean and linen change will be arranged for you. We have found that offering this service helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of the stay.
BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
SOFA BED - Please give us as much advance notice as possible if you need us to prepare the sofa bed for your stay.
LONDON LIVING - London is a constantly developing city. Therefore, some building works can occur from time to time in the local area, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm. However, we will always update our listing with this information as soon as we are aware of any works taking place in the local area.
