This recently built house is located in the upper part of Castro close to the oak forest, in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery, just 500 meters from the center and the crystalline sea. You enter the house from a small private paved entrance with plants where there is also a table with chairs and deck chairs, perfect for spending relaxing moments. Parking is on the street near the house.
The recently built single storey house has a modern interior. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, 2 complete bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchenette and table for 4 people, from the kitchen there is access to a small external balcony. The air conditioning is present only in the living area. Ideal holiday solution to accommodate 4 people, but suitable for a group of families or friends by also booking the first floor (Casa Bellaria PP).
