Top Villa in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben Anfang Januar eine schöne Zeit in Kinegua verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr gut für eine große Gruppe geeignet. Es gibt die Möglichkeit sich in die einzelnen Bereiche zurückzuziehen, die große Einheit bietet aber auch ausreichend Platz für gemeinsames Kochen, Essen und am Pool zu relaxen. Die Küchen sind gut ausgestattet und Besteck und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Superschön

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig mit tollem Blick auf den Vulkan. Es ist toll aufgeteilt im drei Elemente, sodass man gut mit zwei bis drei Familien verreisen kann. Pool könnte etwas sauberer sein, und die Liegen am Pool ebenfalls (bzw. sollten sie mal ausgetauscht werden), aber ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und mit Mietwagen kann man einige tolle Strände erreichen. Auf den Vulkan kann man vom Haus aus direkt hochwandern.

Schon länger den Glanz verloren

Uns allen hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen. Dies lag aber weniger am Objekt, als an der Insel selbst. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein schönes Objekt für größere Gruppen, die auch gerne mal einen eigenen Bereich zum Zurückziehen haben möchten. Die Terrassentüren zu den anderen Wohneinheiten ließen sich nicht verschließen. Das Objekt wird beworben, dass es für eine Gruppe von 12 Personen gemietet werden kann. Leider ist es so nur bedingt. Die Sitzmöglichkeit draußen auf der großen Terrasse ist nur für 6 Personen ausgelegt. So war es unmöglich als Gruppe zu essen. Wir haben die Tische der anderen Terrassen geholt und die Stühle zusammen gesammelt. Die große Küche der großen Wohneinheit war sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es gab nur 2 kaputte Abtrockentücher. Es gab nicht genug Schüsseln oder Behältnisse. Die Kaffeemaschine hinterließ eine Pfütze unter sich. Die anderen Küchen waren aber tatsächlich noch schlechter ausgestattet. Wir trugen daher die Ausstattungen der anderen Küchen in eine, um so wenigstens einigermaßen kochen und essen zu können. Am zweiten Tag fiel mir etwas unters Bett. Mein Mann hob das Bett hoch. Was uns dort erwartete war ein kleiner Alptraum. Dort lagen viele verloren gegangene Gegenstände und seit langer Zeit nicht entfernter Dreck, Staubnester und diverses anderes nicht Identifizierbares. Leider gab es in dem Haus keinen Staubsauger, der einem das leichte Entfernen oder mal kurz Raussaugen erleichtert hätte. Ein Besen ist zur Zwischenreinigung einfach zu wenig, um es einigermaßen sauber halten zu können. Es wurde keine professionelle Zwischenreinigung vorgenommen, kein Bettwäschenwechsel oder Handtuchwechsel. Der Pool war nach ein paar Tagen trüb und wir stellten fest, dass es keine Nachchlorung gab. Am Abreisetag kam der „Poolboy“ und warf eine riesige Menge Chlor rein und erklärte, dass es sehr schwer wäre, dass der Pool klar bleibt, wegen des Wetters und Verunreinigungen. Was für uns sehr unglaubwürdig war, denn Freunde hatten ein anderes Haus und dort war der Pool immer klar. Auch waren wir schon sehr oft auf Fuerteventura und hatten noch nie einen solchen trüben, dreckigen Pool. Die Kissen auf den Loungemöbeln sind fertig. Diese sind dreckig, naja eigentlich schon eher eklig. Für uns steht fest, es könnte ein sehr schönes Objekt sein. Diesem fehlt es aber an Pflege und Reinvestition. Wir haben das Beste aus allem gemacht, es wird aber für uns keine Option mehr sein in dieses Haus wiederzukommen.

A very beautiful house in the lovely town of Lajares

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kinegua in a spacious and beautifully decorated house in a quiet location with a beautiful pool. The nearby town of Lajares is charming and has all amenities. The view of the volcano is great and the hike is not to be missed! From Lajares you can visit the whole north of the island and the location of the villa is ideal!

Family holiday

We rented the whole of Kinegua Villa for our family holiday (10 adults, 2 children and 2 babies) - the layout was perfect as it meant we all had our own space but with the big communal areas to come together. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed including travel cots and high chairs for children which was really helpful. The pool and outside area of the villa was amazing exactly like the pictures. Javier was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!
