Villa With Sea Views, Sleeps 12, Private Heated Pool And Enclosed Garden

Our beautiful villa sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea and an en suite bathroom. There are four further bedrooms and 1.5 further bathrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen has a spectacular view of the pool and the sea. Eat on our enlcosed pergola, which seats 12 and looks out over the pool and deck.

The villa has views over Los Lobos island and Lanzarote and is about 15 minutes walk from Corralejo centre. It has a little restuarant across the road and a gorgeous "après-beach bar" about a 2 minute walk away on the beach.

It is perfect for families as is secure within its own garden. Please note the private pool can be heated for €20 per day. It does not turn it into a jacuzzi, but does take the chill off. Recommended only from around September to May.

We have a fusbol table, two TVs and plenty of space for everyone to find a quiet place around the villa. Access to European TV channels.

It is hugely popular with multi-generational family groups or two families holidaying together.

There is so much to do here other than just hanging out on some of the best beaches in the world. Surfing, kitesurfing, SUPing, snorkelling, windsurfing, wingfoiling, diving, fishing, walking, biking (road and MTB) and on and on...

Markets in Corralejo and in Lajares. Gorgeous shops and fabulous bars and restaurants and a buzzing nightlife a mere 15 minute walk away but quiet enough to hear a pin drop in our residential cul de sac.

We bought this house when our kids were 6 and 4. They are now giant teenagers and have loved holidaying here through every phase of growing up. We hope for big family trips when they are both grown up with their own familes.

We spent two weeks in this amazing Villa in August. We couldn't have ask for anything else the Villa was perfect plenty of space for 11 people. Beautiful pool area that kept everyone entertained. We loved the barbecue which was constantly being used.Audra the property manager couldn't have been any better. Perfect holiday from start to finish we would highly recommend. Thank you Catie x

Amazing villa

We were a party of 12. The villa was amazing just as described could not fault it in anyway at all. Communication with owner was excellent, would definitely recommend this villa.

Family and Friends holiday

The villa was perfect for our week away with family and friends. There was plenty of space for our large group and the children. And the pool was enjoyed!!! The villa is well equipped for large groups, and with the large table is was perfect for eating at home. Great location - close to beaches, supermarkets and a short walk into the main part of town. Nice walk to the start of the dunes too! Great villa and great location!!

This Villa is everything we hoped it would be. Super clean and comfortable, well stocked, amazing views and location and tonnes of space to relax. Pool was really clean and bigger than we expected. It’s only a short walk from a few beach bars and a supermarket. Really no need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield. Lovely little market square under 10 mins walk away, with the main street (full of bars, restaurants, shops) a few minutes further. The water park was only a 20 minute walk away too (or 5 mins on a Link E scooter). Fabulous!

Great holiday

No cleaning materials. A bottle of water on arrival wld have been great. Dbl bed upstairs very hard so someone had to sleep in one of the bunks. Upstairs shower very dodgy getting in and out , a rail wld be great. . Had a wonderful stay. Villa was immaculate and location on the beach was amazing. Taxis to town so easy and the two beach clubs walking distance. Couple of issues with pool but Audra had it fixed asap. Wld highly recommend to anyone looking for something a bit special.

Superb for a large family holiday

We highly recommend this property for an extended family holiday. We spent four weeks here, at at one time there were 11 of us. 7 adults and 4 children. The house offered everything for an amazing holiday. It was spacious inside and fully equipped to meet our needs. The balcony off the master area was lovely and the views were stunning. In fact there were views from all the upstairs rooms. The outside area was superb. The pool and surrounding area was a great area for family fun and there were quiet areas where one could sit and relax. The Villa itself was about a 15 minute walk from the main area of Corralejo and the sand dunes were a very short drive away. Catie the owner was very easy and helpful to deal with and should we have another large family holiday this is where we would book.

Winter break in Fuerteventura

The location is fabulous, easy walking distance to the town and the beach. A couple of very close beach bars and a supermarket were handy too. The property is spacious and plenty of seperate spaces to relax (especially when in a big group). Rooms downstairs with bunks and twin beds - ideal for the kids. 3 double/twin rooms upstairs. Nice large dining table for family get togethers. The outside space is great - good size pool and astro lawn make it fun to be out there. The kitchen has everything you could need. The shower room was freshly refitted and very handy being on the ground level so good for the pool. The local host was great - showing us round the property and answering any questions we had. We did find a couple of issues but nothing that detracted from the holiday (no locks on the bathrrom doors and a landing window that was dificult to close to wistled when the wind got up) - nothing that would detract from this 5* review. We'd stay there again - it was great value, a fab location and a lovely family house.

Fabulous home. Everything we needed.😁

We were a group of 8 adults including 91 year old Dad and a sister with an ankle injury😱 coming from 2 different parts of the UK. The house was just as we expected, clean, well equipped, loads of towels for everyone. We were asked to ensure the house towels didnt go outside which we respect. The property manager wasnt able to greet us as she had an emergency with another property but instructed us and came round the following day to check in with us. No problem at all. The pool was great for cooling off but not necessarily to practice swimming the channel but it was perfectly adequate. Lots of seating inside and out. Theres a little supermarket round the corner about 2 minutes walk but if you want a big shop you’d have to walk further. The beach was literally across the road with a couple of bars nearby and you could walk the whole length of the beach to the far end of the town which was probably quicker than going along the road. If I had a couple of moans it would be that I think the description of a 10 minute walk to amenities isnt….its more like 15 minutes which was a bit much for Dad. The “Ankle Injury” got a mobility scooter which was amazing and there was even somewhere to park in the front yard and an extension lead available to charge it up. Also air con would really set this up to be a perfect spot. We kept the shutters down in the master bedroom. If we were to do it again we would have no hesitation in renting this place again. We loved it overall.

Schönes Haus für erholsamen Urlaub

Wir möchten uns für den schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut und großzügig ausgestattet. Das Haus war sauber der Pool schön warm. Die Kinder konnten zu jeder Zeit in den Pool, auch wenn das Wetter micht mitspielte. Wir kommen wieder.

Great time

Overall this was an amazing villa . Its a 2 min walk to the beach , and maybe 5 mins to sunset lounge , a 15 min walk down the beach will see you in town or alternatively rent a scooter and have a fun 5 min scoot . The villa was absolutely spotless with everything youd ever need . Some of the showers could probably do with replacing ,i imagine they dont last too long in a humid country as they look a little rusty but thats a minor issue . I wont hesitate to book this place again and were already discussing when we can get back out ..

Villa Rafiki möchte gerne renoviert werden

Die strandnah gelegene Villa Rafiki bietet viel Platz für zwei Familien, allerdings sind zwei Kinderzimmer im feuchten Keller mit kleinen Minifenstern. Der Boder im Flur im Keller ist so kaputt, dass es 1 cm Breite Fugen zwischen dem Bodenbelag gibt! Stolperfallen garantiert, dazu sind die Kleider / Bettwäsche dort immer etwas feucht! Oben in den Bädern sind alle Wasserarmaturen beschädigt und müssen ersetzt werden! Die Armaturen funktionieren aber sie sind auf eine Art verrostet. Das passiert durch die Meernähe und die feuchte Luft. Die Unterschränke von den den Waschbecken sind tatsächlich angerostet und die Beschichtung teilweise abgeblättert. Die Hantücher haben eine gute Qualität und es gibt ein großes Strandtuch für jede Person zusätzlich. Das war super, obwohl wir auch eigene Strantücher dabei hatten. Es gibt keine Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern und wir mussten uns beim Chinaladen etwas besorgen, denn in einer Nacht hatten wir 32 Moskitos in einem Zimmer! Die Betten sind sehr groß, das ist ein Vorteil und es gibt viel Wandschränje zum Verstauen der Sachen! Allerdings habe ich während unseres Aufenthaltes die Bettwäsche abgezogen und gewaschen, da kann die große Überraschung, die meisten Kissen und auch der Matratzenbezug waren voller gelber Flecken und brauner Schweißränder, das war unangenehm. Die Kissen sollten einfach gewechselt werden- bei Ikea möglich und nicht teuer. Der Matratzenschoner ordentlich gewaschen und gebleicht werden. Wir hatten kleine Kissen dabei, die wir auf die Kissen im Haus legen konnten. Unter den Betten war es leider etwas schmutzig, aber das war für uns nicht dramatisch. An den Fenstern fehlen teilweise die Fensterläden und so ist es schwierig zu lüften ohne dass die Fenster immer komplett offen sind. Ansonsten ist das Haus prima, es gibt eine Alarmanlage und guten Wachschutz. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, gegenüber gab es zwei Tage Paty mit 9 jungen Männern , aber die waren dann schnell wieder weg. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht, alles funktioniert gut, allerdings waren wir immer essen und haben im Haus nur gefrühstückt. Es gibt außerhalb einen gemauerten Grill, den haben wir nicht benutzt. Der Pool war nach 4 Tagen auch warm, es kam ein Mann, der auch den Pool gereinigt hat! Ein paar Liegen draußen am Pool sind schon gerissen und brauchen neuen Nylonstoff. Es gibt eine tolle Holzterrasse und wir haben dort morgens Yoga gemacht. Es gibt noch einiges zu tun im schönen Haus!!

A perfect location for our Easter holiday. Our two families fitted into “Villa Rafiki” with room to spare and everything we needed was there plus lots of extras!! The pool is beautiful and worth while spending a few extra pounds for this to be heated- lots of toys and inflatables to use by the pool and we’ve added a few fishing nets to the bundle for other children (and big children!!) to use for crabbing! We made the most of all of the eating areas, verandas and balconies that the Villa had to offer and will miss seeing the morning sun from the balcony whilst enjoying a morning coffee whilst the children enjoyed a leisurely lie in....peace and quiet!!! The centre of Corralejo is a ten minute stroll along the beach and there are some real gems of places to eat or grab some cocktails and tapas. The girls are already planning a return trip and I don’t think the adults will need much persuading! Thank you for the loan of your lovely home ❤️

Fabulous location- just right for beaches & town (both within walking distance). Lovely spacious villa & even better than photos as now has new kitchen & sofa. Great outside space with nice seating areas around the house. Fantastic views from much of the house & loved the view from kitchen window- washing up did not seem such a chore! A real home from home which makes for a relaxing holiday. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Fabulous villa close to the beach

This was a perfect place to stay for our extended family. The location is fantastic, you can watch the surfers from the garden! Restaurants are not too far, but if you don't fancy the walk, the taxis are very cheap! There is a new kitchen and the lounge had been decorated - love the buddha pictures! Great service from the property manager and owner. We loved it so much we have booked again!

Woning is ruim en van alles voorzien. Heel leuk dat er ook zoveel speelgoed voor kinderen is. Enig minpuntje was dat de grootste slaapkamer muf rook bij aankomst en de afvoer van de bijbehorende douche niet goed werkte.Na schoonmaak van de afvoer liep deze beter door. Helaas hebben wij vanwege de harde wind en het gebrek aan zon weinig gebruik van het mooie zwembad en de heerlijke ligstoelen kunnen maken.

Lovely family holiday over Christmas

We had a lovely time at the villa. Some problems with the electrics tripping out and the alarm system. Apart from that it was a lovely place to stay and we had a wonderful Christmas break. We would recommend this villa to large groups/families. Weather was perfect for December and we speant time on the beach and in the sea. Pool was still cold even though heated. First private rental we have stayed that did not provide welcome pack. As we arrived late and there were 12 of us some bread and milk would have been appreciated for the next morning. Overall a nice place.

We are British and live in Switzerland with our 2 kids and our dog. We bought a place in Fuerteventura because we miss the sea and love to spend as much of our holiday time there as we can.

Why they chose this property

We love the island because we love surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and being near to the sea. We are a very active family and there is so much to do on the island - cycling, swimming, triathlon training, running, sailing etc. We are also very close to the great restaurants and nightlife of Corralejo, which we very much enjoy.

What makes this property unique

The villa is so close to the sea, we can be out on the beach in minutes, surfing or building sandcastles, but we can also stay put and play in the pool, kick a ball around in the garden, play on the fusbol table or watch pretty much any European TV channel we want!
