Large capacity cottage near lake, ski slopes. Wireless . Handicap access

This old farmhouse, completely renovated, offers a large capacity for "tribes", with access for people in wheelchairs, and a cot available. The beds are made upon arrival and the bathroom linen provided. You just have to put your bags and the holidays begin ... The house faces south, beautiful sunshine allowing you to take advantage of the 3000m² of land, the large terrace and garden furniture. You will also appreciate the calm setting, withdrawn without being isolated, offering a clear view of the forest and the mountains, a change of scenery guaranteed. As you can see, this pretty house called "La Sapinière" is the ideal place to spend a great vacation, summer and winter. Close to lakes, ponds, the surrounding forest, from the house, there are marked walks on foot, by mountain bike, snowshoes or cross-country skiing. Although located in the heart of the forest, the house is not far from the shops (1 km from the village center and 5 km from Gérardmer). Finally, in winter for ski lovers, the exceptional location of the house in the center of the 3 main Vosges resorts: GERARDMER, LA BRESSE and LE POLI, is an additional asset (access to Gérardmer slopes 8 km, La Bresse slopes 8 km and Le Poli 1 km). Also close to the Schlucht and Trois Fours ski slopes. No worries, come and recharge your batteries at "La Sapinière" while staying connected with free Wi-Fi.

Wir haben im Oktober 2025 ein tolles Wochenende mit 13 Personen im Ferienhaus in Xonrupt verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, top ausgestattet für eine große Gruppe und liegt ideal zum Wandern. Es gibt Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zu acht in diesem schönen großzügigen Haus, die Küche hatte alles da, was man braucht.Für mich als Rollstuhlfahrerin war es ideal, da im unteren Stock alles barrierefrei war und auch das Bad barrierefrei war. Zum Lac de Longemer konnte man rollen bzw. gehen, das war perfekt für uns.

Die Umgebung ist super. Die Beschreibung vom Haus stimmt nicht ganz,es ist kein ganzes Haus sonder eine doppelt Haus, der Garten ist offen hat man nicht die ruhe. Internet funktioniert mehr nicht als ja. Backofen war kaputt dauerte 5 Tage bis es repariert wurde (waren 7 Tage da). In Beschreibung steht es gibt Toilettenpapier aber es gab keine, als wir nachgefragt haben wurde uns gesagt ist kein Hotel. Die Türen wurden schon jahrelang nicht geputzt. Sonst war das Haus ok.

Perfekter Winterurlaub

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen,3 Kinder und einem Golden Retriever dort, es war super sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten totales Glück mit dem Wetter, einfach ein WinterWonderland :-)! Sehr schönes Haus. Ideal für 12 Personen, Ansonsten wird im Wohnbereich eine Couch als Bett umgebaut, dieser Schlafplatz ist sehr zentral und ein ungestörter Schlaf nicht möglich.

Schöner Aufenthalt, tolle Lage

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus, der Garten und die Umgebung waren traumhaft. Patrick ist nett. Einziger Minuspunkt: das Haus ist in zwei Hälften geteilt. Die andere Hälfte war parallel auch vermietet. Es ist relativ gut getrennt, sodass man sich nicht ist in die "Quere" kommt. Jedoch hatten wir etwas Bedenken wenn wir nachts lauter Musik spielen wollten, ob wir die anderen stören. Wir hatten aus dem Inserat gedacht, es sei mehr abgelegen und wir würden niemanden auf unserem JGA stören. Das könnte im Inserat noch ergänzt werden.

Excellent gîte adapté à notre groupe de musiciens. Un peu surpris sur le coup d'être mitoyen à un autre gîte (non visible sur l'annonce il me semble) mais cela n'a pas dérangé, même en jouant de la musique à l'intérieur du gîte. On recommande.
