The chalet is surrounded by a forest of pines, cork oaks and olive trees. It is distributed on one floor with a mezzanine. On the main floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, an office and 4 double bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, one with two single beds and another with bunk beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with a bathtub. Upstairs in the mezzanine there is a double suite-type room with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a space to work. All rooms have access to the terrace. There is a very steep ramp to access the house.
Very quiet environment totally private.
It has a large terrace with barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals.
It is totally forbidden to smoke in the house, it will be penalized with the entire deposit in the event that evidence of having smoked is found.

Drought situation.
The measures to manage episodes of regional water shortages agreed by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya) and/or other competent public administrations will be mandatory for both contracting parties. In compliance with the regulations, services may be affected that cannot be carried out normally. No such event will entail any type of compensation.
