Surrounded by nature. 5 min. away by car from the town center of Begur,one of the nicest towns in Costa Brava.
5 min drive to the beach of Sa Riera and 10 min to the beach of Aiguablava.
Just around the corner from Pals beach and golf courses.

Built in different levels due to the terrain. This involves having to go up 49 steeps but due to it you can enjoy a fantastic panorama sea and mountain view.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

GROUND FLOOR:
-1 big suite with ensuite bathroom with shower ( 160x190 bed or 2 beds: 80x190 )
-1 toilet
- Full equiped kitchen.
- Dinning and living room ( 40 Smart TV, Sat. DVD, wifi)
- small balcony
- Laundry room.
- outside parking space ( 2-3 cars)

The living area has 2 big sofas and 2 armchairs. The round dinning table can fit 8 big chairs.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all that is necessary to make your stay more confortable.Nespresso coffee machine!!

FIRST FLOOR:
-1 suite with ensuite bathroom with shower (180x190 bed)
-1 double bedroom (160x190 bed)
-1 small double bedroom with 2 beds of ( 80 X 180 )
-This 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
-The bedrooms of the first floor have direct acces to the terrace with amazing seaviews.

UPPER FLOOR:
You can enjoy the private pool ( 3.5m x 7m ) with its incredible seaviews and chillout area with its barbecue.
Fully equiped BBQ area with fridge, sink, plastic utensils....
This area is fully equiped with dinning terrace table, chairs and sunbeds.

Perfect Stay in Begur

We had a two weeks Holliday in a ver beautiful region. A lot of Spanish vibes, food and drinks. The house had a great pool, Terrasse and great view to the sea

The location of this home was great. Easy to get to many beaches. It had stunning views from every area of the house. It was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Our host, Benjamin was incredibly responsive and helpful. Our favorite part of the day after being out exploring beaches and villages was to come back and relax in the pool with the most unbelievable views and enjoy the various terraces. We had a wonderful time!

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Benjamin, wir hatten noch keinen besseren Gastgeber. Er hat sich fĂŒr alles Zeit genommen und uns viele nĂŒtzliche und interessante Tipps gegeben. Nun zum Haus: richtig schön. Top gepflegt und eine gute Aufteilung mit ausreichend Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern. Der Pool mit dem Grill-HĂ€uschen wurde gerne und oft genutzt.Der Ausblick: ja, spektakulĂ€r trifft es super. Begur ist ein toller Ort fĂŒr Familien mit jĂŒngeren Kindern.Wir wĂŒrden es wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Traumblick

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen und sehr sauberen Haus! Der Pool und das gemĂŒtliche GrillhĂ€uschen waren absolute Highlights – ideal fĂŒr entspannte Abende mit herrlichem Meerblick von der Terrasse.Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft top gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ein großes Dankeschön an Benjamin, den Hausbesitzer, der sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit war, wenn mal etwas gefehlt hat.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely house with excellent views

The house is perfect and welcoming for families and groups. We stayed in the double room downstairs and the girls on the first floor so they could play music and stay up late! Nicely planned house. All of the rooms have n Mountain View’s of the sunrise. The swimming pool and terrace area is very relaxing too. Begur beach is also charming and easy to get to but we visited by car a lot in the daytime to further villages and beaches. However we did enjoy the barbecue area at night time. Great address!

Wunderschöne Villa mit Pool

Sehr großzĂŒgige Villa mit schönem Wohnbereich, großzĂŒgigen Schlafzimmern und moderenen BĂ€dern. Zum draußen sitzen stehen mehrere Terrassen zur VerfĂŒgung und auf der Pooletage kann auch gemĂŒtlich ĂŒber den DĂ€chern des Ortes mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick gegrillt werden.

Wonderful villa in a fabulous setting.

We had a wonderful stay at Benjamin’s villa. The views are amazing from the property and then better from the pool area. Benjamin is an excellent host and we took full advantage of his restaurant recommendations which were all great. We are usually ready to leave after two weeks but that was not the case here. We all really loved the property and the area and hope to visit again soon. Thank you Benjamin!

Traumvilla in toller Lage und super Gastgeber

Wir haben 1 Woche zu fĂŒnft in dieser tollen Villa verbringen dĂŒrfen. Anfang Juni bei 30 Grad war es dank Pool, Aussen“kĂŒche“ und Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern gut auszuhalten. Benjamin war ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit immer Tips fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Restaurants zur Hand. Danke nochmals.

Großes Ferienhaus mit herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer

Wir waren drei Paare und haben den Urlaub in diesem Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und drei BĂ€dern sehr genossen. Nach einer Woche haben wir im Haus eine Zwischenreinigung bekommen . Betten wurden frisch ĂŒberzogen und HandtĂŒcher gewechselt . Alles war super sauber . Toller Ausblick mit Schwimmbad . Das Haus liegt am Hang und hat einen wunderschönen Garten. Wir sind sehr viel E- Bike gefahren und haben die herrliche Landschaft erkundet . Vielen Dank an Benjamin, ihn konnten wir alles fragen . Er hat uns klasse Restaurant Tipps gegeben und ist wenn es etwas am Haus gibt immer fĂŒr einem da .

Had a great time!!!

We had a great time in Sa Riera. Benjamin in all has distinguished himself. The highlight was that he picked me up somewhere from the road in the evening when I had a breakdown with my car. In addition, he was immediately ready when something in the house was not functioning properly. We'll definitely be back.

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines excellentes! La Villa est absolument conforme aux photos, aucune mauvaise surprise, bien au contraire !! La propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable, fĂ©licitation au passage!! Le dernier « Ă©tage » avec la piscine et sa cuisine extĂ©rieure offre une vue magnifique, on peut y passer la journĂ©e, du petit-dĂ©jeuner au dĂźner !! Mooi huis, fantastisch uitzicht

Sa Riera is een mooi huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in het zwembad en ook de BBQ bij het zwembad is perfect. Om strandjes te bezoeken heb je wel een auto nodig. Begur ligt op 30 minuten wandelen. We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad en kunnen het iedereen aanraden! Bedankt Benjamin voor alle service!
