LOT FOUR sits above the white sands of Playa Flamingo; close enough for the surf to be heard from every bedroom; The beach below requires only a very short drive or a several minute walk down a paved road. This 5-bedroom, 4 full and 2 half-bath luxury home has incredible ocean views from every room, and it\'s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time in Playa Flamingo. The top floor of the home with its outdoor wet bar is ideal for entertaining a large group or conversely, provides a perfect place for solitude in the jacuzzi, with the setting sun your only company.
Rental prices include housekeeping services on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as a single airport pick-up from the airport in Liberia. Additional concierge services such as poolside massages, excursions, transfers and more can be easily arranged through our Concierge Agent from Tropical Homes of Costa Rica.
Because LOT FOUR is occupied by its owner a portion of each month, it is fully appointed and equipped in a manner not usually found in a rental.
