Casa Pacifique is a modern ocean view luxury villa located on the hillside above Playa Penca in Potrero, Guanacaste. The villa consists of 4 levels and can accommodate 8 people in total (combination children & adults). As you enter the villa you will be awed by the first level open concept floor plan. Your inner Master Chef will come out thanks to the gourmet kitchen and bar area. Want to wake up and enjoy pura vida mornings at the Villa, we have you covered with our breakfast, and housekeeping service-please inquire for more details, or you can also hire a chef. The dining area features a custom-made Guanacaste wood table that seats 8 with incredible ocean views. The waterfall kitchen island with imported quartz from Spain has 5 hydraulic bar stools with additional seating.
The villa features 4 usable outdoor spaces to be enjoyed. The ocean view saltwater pool allows you to keep cool during the day or enjoy a perfect night swim. There is an outdoor covered living room featuring a 50-inch tv and an indoor living room with 50-inch tv as well. Want to enjoy an afternoon nap, or some drinks before or after dinner, enter the backyard oasis with a two tier, natural stone pond, custom built bench with ample seating, stainless steel BBQ and tropical gardens. There is also a large partially covered terrace with glass guard rails and incredible ocean views, perfect for sunset viewing, after dinner lounging, or yoga. The terrace is equipped with a bar fridge, wet bar, outdoor rattan furniture and a 6 person Guanacaste wood bar table set.
Casa Pacifique has 4 bedrooms that are located on the 2nd floor and each have full bathrooms, fans and ac units. Please see rooms & beds for bed sizes in each room. There is also a small laundry room with stackable washer/dryer on this level.
Casa Pacifique is conveniently located within walking distance to three beautiful beaches, Playa Penca, Playa Prieta, and Playa Potrero. You are also a short car ride away from several other beaches, Playa Danta, Dantita, Flamingo beach. Tamarindo is a 40 - 50 min drive away (depending on traffic and time of the year). There are a few restaurants and local grocery stores within walking distance from the property and many other great dinning options and grocery stores a short drive away.
If you are traveling with small children or have any mobility issues you need to consider the following before booking: The Villa is located at the top of a very steep driveway, there are 4 levels, so many stairs to climb.
Potrero is a hidden jewel in the north-west of Guanacaste stretching from Flamingo, thru Surfside to the town of Potrero. It is a quiet town and used to be a small fishing village. We want to make sure that you have the most memorable vacation in Costa Rica and based on our comprehensive knowledge and own experiences we offer full concierge service to all of our guests. We only work with providers that we have personally used and are happy to help you with your tours, golf cart rentals, car rentals, chef services, pre-arrival shopping, airport transportation, in house massages, or anything else you can think of.
The villa has excellent WIFI, a water- softener and water filter that get rid of impurities and provides for softer, mineral-free water.
The villa and property have security cameras on the outside only to capture different entry points. We do not have any inside the home. We respect our guests privacy and only have them as added protection for the home.
Pool and gardens are serviced 2 times a week.
We spend a number of months in Costa Rica and when main house is rented, we will be staying in the apartment at the bottom of the property with our friendly dogs Zoe and Desiree. You will have complete privacy but we will be very accessible should you need us if we are there.
You will be provided with a detailed welcome package and rental agreement once you book.
