Country house located in a residential community 20 minutes from Seville, in Las Pajanosas, just off the A66 highway.<br>This comfortable, family-friendly home is surrounded by pastureland where you can see fighting bulls and young bulls in their natural habitat—a truly idyllic setting. From the garden, you can watch them graze, surrounded by rabbits, partridges, and holm oaks—an affordable paradise.<br>Located in a prime area of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, it’s ideal for families and friends.<br><br> It is a family home with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also has an annex with two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The house features a very spacious garden, a fireplace, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. In the garden, there are two swimming pools—one for adults and one for children—from which you can see the pastureland, as well as a large parking area with space for eight vehicles. It has two terraces and a gazebo, complete with an outdoor oven and barbecue.<br>It is a comfortable home, equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heating and radiators for the winter.<br>Other highlights<br>THINGS TO DO<br>At the pastureland, which we have exclusive views of—at the Soto de la Fuente Ranch—tours are organised where you can see the fighting cattle in their natural habitat, the bulls prepared for the bullfighting season, and the various facilities.<br>From there, we can take various excursions, as it’s just a 50-minute drive from the Sierra de Aracena, home to the Gruta de las Maravillas—a wellspring of inexhaustible beauty, shaped by time through the forces of nature itself, with the help of elements as simple as water and stone.<br>A 10-minute drive away is Mundo Park, a zoo on the Guillena highway, considered Seville’s zoo.<br>Another attraction in the area is the famous Ruta del Agua (Water Route), a popular weekend destination for nature lovers whose name comes from the path taken by the waters from the various reservoirs that supply the city of Seville.<br>Another natural spot is the Gergal Dam Park on the banks of the Huelva River, perfect for wonderful excursions.
