Heizung erst ab Mitte Oktober erlaubt

Die FeWo hat eine gute und sehr ruhige Lage. Die FeWo war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoß und hat kaum Sonneneinstrahlung. Anfang Oktober war sie am Morgen und Abend eiskalt. Die Vermieterin erklĂ€rte uns, dass es verboten sei die Heizung vor dem 15. Oktober einzuschalten. Da diese Angaben verschwiegen wurden, werden wir ĂŒber FeWo-direkt nicht mehr buchen.

GerÀumige und ruhiggelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, mit dem Fahrrad 10-15 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Der See ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und man hat mehrere Bademöglichleiten. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und es gehören 2 Terrassen und ein kleiner mediteraner Garten dazu. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Klimaanlage, Heizung, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Fön. Also alles da was man benötigt. Sie ist sehr sauber und gerĂ€umig.

Tolle Unterkunft

Super schöne Unterkunft mit netter Gastgeberin. Laura hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am See. Leider gab es so viele StechmĂŒcken, dass wir nicht in den Garten konnten. Fenster aufmachen war auch schwierig, es kamen dann direkt einige MĂŒcken rein. Sehr schade um den schönen Garten!

Super schön gelegene Wohnung, nah an Riva, aber in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Wunderbarer Garten, Ost- und Westterrasse. Gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, schönes Bad. Und praktische Citybikes, mit denen am in 5 Minuten am See ist. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Laura war ebenfalls sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt!

Die Kommunikation mit Laura im Vorfeld, unkompliziert, sehr nett und zuverlĂ€ssig. Tolle Lage, ruhig und doch gut angebunden. Sehr sauber das Appartement und zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck die Feigen direkt vom Baum. Ein Drink am Abend, mit den hauseigenen RĂ€dern super easy zu erreichen, alles kein Problem. Mitten im Trubel und der Ruhe nicht fern!

Der Empfang von "Laura" war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Laura als Vermieterin erfolgte ĂŒber Wahtsapp und war einfach spitze. Alles klappte wie am SchnĂŒrchen und wir wurden von ihr am Domizil herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir selbst mögen Trubel, doch genauso schön ist es, sich dann an einen Ort der Ruhe zurĂŒck ziehen zu können und dafĂŒr ist die Lage der Wohnung perfekt. Wir kommen wieder, Maggi und Ingo

Schöne Fewo in einem ruhigen Viertel von Riva

Meine Frau und ich haben uns in der Ferienwohung von Laura sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Uralub am Gardasee braucht. Die Lage und der Garten sind fantastisch. Mit den bereitgestellten FahrrĂ€dern kommt man leicht in den Ort. Laura und Ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung oberhalb des Gardasees verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Blick ins GrĂŒne. Die zur Wohnung gehörenden RĂ€der wurden tĂ€glich genutzt, um die von vielen Radwegen durchzogene Umgebung zu erkunden. In Fahrradreichweite sind alle GeschĂ€fte des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr nett und beinhaltet alles, was fĂŒr einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Die Beschreibung im Inserat entsprach exakt den Gegebenheiten. Die (in unserem Fall die im Erdgeschoss ) gelegene Ferienwohnung ist gepflegt, sehr gerĂ€umig und funktionell eingerichtet. Sie hat eine tolle große Terrasse und liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Diese Wohnung ist weiter zu empfehlen ;o))

Schöne Ferien zu dritt, ein entspannter Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die mit einer schönen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung ausgestattet war. Die KĂŒche hatte alles, was man brauchte und vieles mehr. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das GrundstĂŒck bietet viel platz fĂŒr Kinder und man muss keine Angst haben, da es eingezĂ€unt ist und in ruhiger Lage. Echt top!Terrasse ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Mit denn FahrrĂ€der war alles ein Katzensprung zur City, Zentrum und Strand.

Spacious, Modern, Peaceful location with easy access by bicycle to Town Centre

Laura was a lovely host and made our stay a very comfortable one. She was very approachable and helpful. The apartment was very well presented with lots of space both inside and outside, unusually having two outdoor sitting/dining areas, so that you could sit in the morning or evening sun. It is in a quiet area and has a gated entrance so very private. The apartment was a little way out of town which was no problem as Riva del Garda has excellent, quiet off road cycle ways and there were city bikes provided with the apartment. Therefore we cycled into the lovely town centre during the day and evening thus having a largely car free holiday. Our only complaint was that the guests upstairs were occasionally noisy, as the floors are tiled. It was difficult to make out from the photographs on the HomeAway site that there is an upstairs as well as a ground floor apartment. Apart from that just needed a spatula or fish slice would have helped us to cook. We would highly recommend Laura’s apartment and Riva del Garda which is very pretty, almost traffic free and an ideal base for cycling and mountain bike riding. Not to mention Lake Garda itself!
