apartment is perfect for those looking for a centrally located,
relaxing and car-free holiday.
Just a couple of minutes' walk from the waterfront promenade, where you
can enjoy a leisurely stroll, this apartment is situated on one of the
most charming streets in Gzira.

guest experience. We have invested in training and equipment to ensure
the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, and we follow all
cleaning and safety protocols outlined by the MTA and health
authorities.
The apartment is designed with modernity and style in mind, with
clean-cut decor, sleek and elegant furniture, and neutral tones that
reflect the contemporary feel of the space. The kitchen is fully
equipped with an electric hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, and a
dishwasher, making it easy to prepare delicious meals at home. The
apartment also boasts plenty of natural light and a balcony with side
sea views.
Air conditioning is available in each bedroom and the living area, and
Wi-Fi and cable TV are included free of charge. You'll have access to
the entire property, which is private and not shared with any other
tenants. Our apartment is conveniently located just a short walk from
various tourist attractions, shopping malls, and some of Malta's best
restaurants and bars.
The Strand in Gzira is a vibrant hub of activity, offering a wide range
of amenities such as grocery shops, bus stops to Valletta and St
Julian's, hairdressers, banks, and coffee shops. For those who want to
explore the island further, public transport to Valletta, St Julian's,
and other areas is just a few minutes' walk from the property. The
University of Malta at Tal-Qroqq and Mater Dei Hospital, the island's
main health center, are also just a few minutes away.
We offer a shuttle service on request at an extra fee, and parking is
free of charge for public use on the white boxes in the streets
surrounding the apartment.
Please note that the check-in time for the apartments is generally
3.00pm, and the check-out time is 10.00am. However, if there are no
arrivals on the same day, you may be able to keep the apartment for
longer. Additionally, the price of the property includes basic
utilities, depending on the number of bedrooms. If the inclusive amount
of kWh is exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0.35c per
kWh. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day, and electricity
is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment must be
settled at check-in.
