Sehr Hellhörig

Die Wohnung ist nicht weit von den archäologischen Ausgrabungen entfernt, sie ist groß, aber leider ungemütlich und sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Das schlimmste für uns war die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört die Nachbarn reden und erst recht Wäsche waschen, Geschirr spülen und Stühne oder was auch immer schieben und das bis nachts um zwei. Schlafen war uns somit nicht wirklich möglich. Leider hatten wir während unseren Aufenthaltes eine Baustelle direkt vor der Haustür. Morgens um acht ging es mit dem Stemmhammer und Bagger weiter. Mit ruhigem Frühstück war es dann auch nichts. Wir sind froh, heute die Wohnung verlassen zu haben.

Charming Apartment

This was a charming apartment with a balcony where you could pick pomegranates and limes from the trees in the back. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood at night. We did walk to the acropolis from the apartment. It was a significant walk but we enjoyed seeing the city. We would stay here again.
