Centrally Located, Newly Renovated ( March 2019 ) , Clean & Sunny Apartment. 5 minutes to walk to the Acropolis & Plaka and with all modes of public transportation (Metro, Tram, Bus) at your feet.



This sunny apartment is ideal for a family or group of 4.



More specifically: The Bedroom: has a Double Bed, a closet, hair dryer, a flat TV, clothes iron.



The Living Room: has a Sofa that becomes a Single or a Double bed, a flat TV, books, board games, dinner table for 4. The Kitchen: is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all kitchenware needed to prepare a nice home cooked meal for your friends and family. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



The Bathroom: Nicely lit, clean, with a standing shower. The Balcony: It is about 1 meter wide and the full length of the whole apartment. It oversees Kallirois Avenue, one of the most central & busiest streets in Athens.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. Downstairs in a 200 meter radius, you will find: a Bakery, a Traditional Greek Diner a Kids Playground a Cafe and a Pharmacy. A major Super Market is 500 meters away :-)



Walking Distances: 5~10 minutes: Acropolis Metro Station (350 meters) Vouliagmenis Tram Station (50 meters) Acropolis & Acropolis Museum (600 meters) Temple of Olympian Zeus (600 meters) 10~15 minutes: Kallimarmaro Stadium, Zappeion, Syntagma (constitution) Square. You can also easily go to the Seaside, Beaches, Piraeus Port and the Athens International Airport by taking the Metro which is right around the corner, or the Tram which is right in front of the apartment :-)

Comfortable apartment in GREAT location.

Apartment is in a fantastic location. All the major archeological sites are within walking distance. Communication with host was very good. Air conditioner and wi-fi worked great.

Pros - The location was great for sightseeing. If you do an any tours through Key Tours, you get picked up nearly outside the apartment door. Air conditioner worked well and it’s very nice to have access to a washing machine.Cons - communication with host was not smooth. They were not very responsive through VRBO (how I booked) and sent communications through other means, requiring me to duplicate info. Better information about where the apartment was, once in the building, would be good. Strong smell in the kitchen and there were no cooking basics - not set up well to actually cook.

We always aim to respond promptly to all guest messages. In this case, the guest contacted us very late at night (around 11:30 PM) regarding the hot water, and we replied first thing in the morning, which is a reasonable response time. For urgent matters, we also provide an emergency contact number that can be used at any hour. That guest didn't reach us there but only in the messenger within VRBO. Regarding communication through VRBO, we do use the platform but sometimes also provide direct contact details to assist guests more efficiently during their stay

the location was excellent, a short walk to the centre of things.Management were excellent in helping out. We used them for 3 trips by taxi, They were very reliable and accomadating as our incoming flight was delayed so time had to be adjusted and then they had to wait as we lost a bag. wasn't cheap but worth it. Bed was very good
