The property was in a nice quiet location. Interior was very clean and had a very nice decor. The theater room was a plus. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax.

We had a great stay as a big family. Plenty of space, fully-equipped kitchen, clean rooms, with plenty of things to do in the house. The host was very responsive and provided great instructions for us. Will certainly book this again for our next snow trip since the location is close to Mountain Creek Resort. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay! We were a group of 10 and we never felt on top of each other.This home is equipped with everything you may need. The theater room with recliner seats was a big hit, especially with the kids. This home also has a game room located in the lower level equipped with a pool table, foosball, darts, etc. Adults and kids really enjoyed all the amenities this mountain home has to offer.We will definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

Awesome mountain trip!

Had a great stay at this house in the mountains with our family and friends. Incredibly clean place, great entertainment area, and the movie theater space is very well built - had the kids occupied all weekend. The snow made it even more enjoyable for everyone. Thanks Jeff and Emily for letting us use your place we had a great time! And thanks Jeff for shoveling us out bright and early!

Great House!

This house worked out great for a guys golf trip. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The basement area was fun to hang out in. We would definitely book again.

Weekend Family Stay

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property! The hosts were incredibly communicative from the start, making sure everything was smooth and stress-free. The house was spotless when we arrived, and it was such a fantastic set-up for our multi-generational family. The layout of the home provided both shared spaces for everyone to gather and private areas for relaxation, which was perfect for our group. Check-in was effortless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Amazing hosts and property!

This was a beautiful home and the hosts were SO GREAT! Available for immediate contact, so kind and helpful, and left many wonderful touches in the home to greet us. The house has so many fun things to do and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental. Everything felt extremely clean which is huge for us! I thought hiking would have been easier access on foot, but plan to drive to any hikes (not far!). Gorgeous home w great owners!

Perfect Experience

Me and seven of my buddies rented this house for a golf getaway and it worked out perfectly. There were plenty of beds and room for us to hang out including the backyard. Very clean, spacious, and modern. I have a bunch of streaming services and all the TVs accommodated that. The hosts were accessible before and during our stay if needed. Would stay here again no question.

The best place I could of stayed

To start. I’m a local to the area. Or used to be. My family still lives near by, so the area in Pineisland NY was where I hosted my wedding. I needed a place for the wedding party to stay with me and the bride. We were very very happy with how the place was. There were a few ants we seen, but we killed them when we got in, and didn’t see them again the whole stay. The house itself is exactly as pictured. From the wonderful game room and movie thieter. To the amazing kitchen and living room areas. We couldn’t have chosen a place that was better for a group of Adults. Tired and exhausted from a wedding. This place would be great for any large group or family looking for fun stuff to do while at the house unwinding from the long long days.

The house was VERY clean, and fit our family nicely for our Legoland and Patterson JW trip. Loved the game room and theatre room, where we spent alot of time. Darts, connect 4, pool, ping pong, my grandson never got bored and I never got to sit still! We didn't use the nice outdoor area with fire pit due to the hot temps.(No wood) Quiet neighborhood, not too far from small town stores, and bigger walmart type stores. Nice eateries close, breakfast-Dinner. The Hosts were very communicative and responded as quickly as reasonably possible to our rather minor needs, such as burn out light bulbs and extra sheets. Extra coffee and some small necessary items in pantry were appreciated, as was the bottle of wine left on the table for us! My daughter in law loved it! The things I'd add if I could, would be these: An AC for the basement bedroom. It got pretty stuffy for my son, but it was almost 90 and humid during our stay.(Thanks for the mondo fan you brought us Jeffery!) Maybe some extra blankets and sheets on site. There were no sheets for my son for the fold down couch in the living room, so he used our travel blanket in the theatre room one night. (Jeffery brought us sheets the next day. An extra pillow was in every room.) A fan for the 2nd and half bath I feel is almost a necessity, especially in summer. I had the master with fan, so I was good. Maybe more coffee mugs, and cone filters for the coffee pot. Overall great house, I'd stay again in a second! (and plan to)
