Apartment located in the main street of Marina di Campo and within the pedestrian area where all the main services are located such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. The large sandy beach is only a few minutes' walk away and is partly free and partly equipped. Marina di Campo is one of the most famous places on the island of Elba, convenient for reaching the other places and beaches on the island. The property is located in a limited traffic area but you can arrive for loading/unloading of luggage on the seafront about 100 m from the apartment.
The three-room apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift. Composed of living room, eat-in kitchen, hallway, double bedroom, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower cubicle. It has a balcony, TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Parking space not available. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen not available. Possibility of a camping cot for a little baby on request.
