A few minutes from the tourist resort of Procchio, we find this splendid two-storey villa, divided into two apartments. The sandy Campo all'Aia beach can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. In Procchio, about 1 km away, you will find all the basic necessities, mini markets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and shops.
Marina di Campo, known for its long sandy beach and frequented by many tourists for an evening stroll among the many shops, is 6 km away.
