Apartment Nini with Balcony

Apartment Nini is a 70 sqm rustic apartment spread over two floors and located in a renovated Istrian stone terraced house in the village of Dračevac, 9 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches. The house was originally built in 1961 and the apartment was completely renovated and furnished with quality rustic furniture in 2013.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, a living room with satellite TV, and a separate WC. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. One of the bedrooms has an exit to a furnished balcony overlooking the beautiful Istrian countryside. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air-conditioning, and a parking spot at the property are included in the price.

Super schön

Die Wohnung ist toll! Sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Klimaanlage auf beiden Etagen. Jeden Morgen kommt ein Bäckerwagen vorbei. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und bis zum Strand und den umgebenden Städten nicht weit. Super nette Gastgeber! Alles in Allem sehr stimmig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
