Apartment for 6 guests only 1 km from the sea and the centre of Porec.

Apartment Laura lies on the first floor of a family house in Spadici, a suburb of Porec. Nearby there are beautiful pebble beaches, restaurants, shops, cafes, and petrol station. The house was built in 1975 and the apartment was renovated in 2023. Guests have a parking space and a barbecue at their disposal. The discreet owners live on the ground floor of the house.



Holiday apartment for 6 guests consists of air-conditioned living room, dining room and kitchen with large balcony. On the other side of the air-conditioned hallway are three bedrooms with double bed and a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Eine große Ferienwohnung für die Familie mit guten Betten und sehr netten Vermietern. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gut ausgestattet.Auf dem umlaufenden Balkon findet man immer ein Plätzchen im Schatten oder in der Sonne zum Lesen oder Relaxen.Durch die Stadtnähe ist es nicht ganz so ruhig. Den Kiesstrand sollte man besser mit dem Auto anfahren, da er 1,8 km entfernt ist.

Zuerst möchte ich sagen,dass die Vermieter sehr liebe volle, hilfstbereiteMenschen sind. Die Wohnung selbst war echt sauber. Komplett neu renoviert mit fleigengitter etc... also fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Wir waren in 5 Minuten am Strand. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr viele... Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder...
