A lovely, cosy cottage. Very comfortable and well equipped. It was spotless. Set in a lovely peaceful spot until the trains went past. This didn’t deter our pleasure as we enjoyed watching them. Would not hesitate to go back. One of the best cottages we have stayed in.

It was never mentioned that the main rail line between Inverness and Edinburgh runs alongside the cottage. Trains running from approx 6am to 10pm When a train runs by the whole house shakes. Not too bad when you get used to them
