Die obere Etage war gut ausgestattet und sauber- auch waren die Räume ausreichend gross und die Dusche nutzbar. Im Erdgeschoss waren die nicht alle Schränke sauber, es war sehr hellhörig und eng. Die Dusche unten hatte einen zu kleinen Ablauf und die Duschtür war unten nicht bündig so dass es unvermeidbar war den kompletten Raum zu fluten. Doe Harzenmöbrl waren so stark verschmutzt dass wir einige davon auch mit starkem Putzmittel nicht reinigen und benutzen konnten.

Insgesamt war es wirklich gut. Genügend Platz für 8 Leute und beide Badezimmer toll renoviert. Auch die obere Etage ist wirklich schön renoviert. Aber das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig und wenn man oben läuft knackt der Boden und man hört es unten. Unten ist absolut Luft nach oben ....da fehlt es noch an einigem - wenn man reinkommt riecht es mufgig wie in einem Gartenhaus und die beiden SchlafZimmer könnten gut eine Auffrischung vertragen.Treppe nach oben ohne Geländer war schon grenzwertig ..... Der Herd ,der Eierkocher und der Toaster sind wirklich alt .Kühl und Gefrierschrank super...auch die Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine ist auch da.Der Garten und die beiden Terrassen sind prima.Auch der Platz im Wohnzimmer ist richtig gut. Insgesamt waren wir wirklich zufrieden - aber wie gesagt - in der unteren Etage dürfte gerne modernisiert werden.

Alles super. Es wäre nur gut, wenn man vorab eine Information erhält wie der Check-in läuft. Zum Beispiel, dass man sich telefonisch melden soll wenn man vor Ort ist oder so. Liebe Grüße

Keizerskroon 30 Julianadorp

Het is een oud zomerhuisje (70-er jaren) op een redelijk groot en afgeschermd oppervlak. Het interieur is recent vernieuwd (nieuwe vloer, goede bedden), maar nog veel zaken in het huisje zijn aan vernieuwing toe (achterstallig). Voor 6 personen alleen geschikt als je buiten de deur gaat eten. Verbeterpunten: een deugdelijk zonnescherm, afwasmachine, aanrecht met ruimte, dubbele spoelbak, doorgezakte eetstoelen,

Gedateerd huis

Gedateerd huis. We waren met 7 volwassenen en 1 baby en moesten volstaan met 1 douche en 1 wc, in 1 ruimte. Dit terwijl op de verdieping waarschijnlijk ook nog een douche en wc is, maar er waren een aantal deuren afgesloten. Tuinmeubilair is gedateerd. Kleine koelkast en vrieskastje. Eetkamertafel met 6 stoelen. Dit terwijl er geadverteerd wordt dat het huis geschikt is voor 8 personen. Door het prima weer hebben we toch een goed weekend gehad.

Apartment mit guter Lage aber kleinen Abstrichen

Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (1 und 2 Jahre) genossen. Der Garten ist sehr schön, die Lage angenehm und ruhig. Allerdings merkt man, dass das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und sehr basic ausgestattet wurde. Es hätte zudem sauberer sein können und es lief eine große Ameisenstraße durch Bad und Diele.
