The detached, thatched country house (120 sqm) is about 900 meters from the beach and the village center Callantsoog.

The house is stylishly decorated.

Ground floor: hall, guest toilet, spacious open kitchen with a traditional Dutch oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer, utility room with washing machine, microwave, grill, 1 women's and men's bike, central heating boiler and door to the outside, living room with old Dutch fireplace with wood stove , TV (SAT) DVD player, music system, WiFi.

From the terrace a wonderful view of the pond.

1. Floor: bathroom with shower, bathtub, bidet, sink and toilet and two bedrooms (all rooms equipped with mosquito screens)
Also high chair, cot and stair gate free of charge.
The house has underfloor heating and double glazing.

Das Haus liegt in einem schön angelegten Ferienpark etwas außerhalb des Ortskerns von Callantsoog. Man muss schon ein Stück bis zur Ortsmitte gehen, was aber, sofern man gut zu Fuß ist, kein Problem darstellt. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet mit 120 qm für bis zu 5 Personen ausreichend Platz. Uns fehlte kein Gegenstand, so dass wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt haben. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich, dass im großen Bad genügend Handtuchhaken vorhanden sind, so dass man mit bis zu 5 Leuten genug Platz für seine Handtücher findet. Auch Geschirr sowie Gläser sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden und der Hauseigentümer ist schnell zu erreichen, wenn es mal zu Problemen kommt und gibt sich große Mühe seinen Gästen in solch einem Fall weiter zu helfen.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Callantsoog verbracht. Das Haus ist super geräumig, schön eingerichtet und hat einen gemütlichen Garten an dem man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann (wenn sie denn scheint). Der Ferienpark ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super, man kann sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Fahrrad gut den Ort und den schönen großen Sandstrand erreichen. Bei den vorhandenen Fahrrädern war zumindest das Herrenrad für uns viel zu groß, aber man kann natürlich auch Fahrräder im Ort leihen. Die Sauberkeit war okay, könnte aber auch etwas besser sein.Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne erholsame Zeit! Vielen Dank auch an Onno, der uns eine flexible und reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe ermöglicht hat!

Gute Lage

Das Haus war nicht sauber, musste erstmal Staubsauger in die Hand nehmen und alles auf Vordermann bringen. Was ich sehr, sehr schade fand. Das Haus könnte besser gereinigt werden! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Der Bekannter von dem Vermieter, der für die Schlüsselübergabe zuständig ist, war sehr nett am Telefon und konnte uns bei weiteren Fragen schnell helfen. Ausstattung von dem Haus ist okay, man finden alles was man braucht. Die wärme Kabine haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus ist an einem Spielplatz nah gelegen was unsere Tochter sehr toll fand. Haben auch Fahrräder genutzt hat alles gut geklappt obwohl die schon älter sind. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schöner Urlaub und Aufenthalt in dem Haus gewesen, abgesehen von den Kleinigkeiten ;) die man bestimmt verbessern kann !

charmantes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Ferienwoche in diesen schönen großen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine sonnige Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer hübschen gepflegten Ferienhaussiedlung und ist gut geeignet für Ausflüge an den breiten Sandstrand und Umgebung. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl dort.
