This apartment had a very clean kitchen and living room. The carpet was dirty throughout; the baseboards were terrible, and there was mildew in the shower/tub. The handheld shower head had a broken bracket so you had to actually hold it in your hand while showering. It’s a nice apartment that just needs to be updated and cleaned properly.
