'Villa Del Mar' is an exclusive luxury villa with direct and private beach access. Accommodating up to 11 guests, this top-tier home features a private saltwater pool, large gardens with a barbecue, parking for up to 4 cars, panoramic sea views, and private beach access.

Its location is simply perfect, facing the sea with direct access to the beach from the garden. There are small shops nearby, as well as large supermarkets. In addition, there is a bus stop next to the house that connects to Málaga city and Nerja town.

Perfect house and location for a big group

The house is located right on the beach, it has a clean pool, a large lovely terrace and big garden. It was perfectly equipped for large groups and it has all the amenities you need. I would say it is the perfect holiday house for a large family or a group of friends traveling. We had a lovely stay and we loved exploring the surrounding areas, local restaurants and watching the beautiful sunsets. Information on what to do with the trash was missing.

Estancia muy agradable

La casa es tal como se ve en las imágenes. Tiene una terraza muy amplia y mucho jardín. La piscina está bien pero con un pero, a las 17:00 ya le da la sombra por completo. El check in y el check out sin ningún problema y con muchas facilidades. Sin duda, para repetir.

Paradise at the Sea

Wonderful garden. Good place for big families with children. Nice barbecue area, and big big balcony for everybody. We loved the place. Leave a list with phone numbers for open take away restaurants. Everything else was wonderful.

Perfect beach location, but needs kitchen upgrade

Big house with large swimming pool and perfect location on the beach. Open the gate to the beach and you can swim in the ocean or run along the beach. The kitchen equipment is not up to standard to the rest of the house. Should have been upgraded, during out stay the dishwasher did not work, the nonstick in the frying pans were badly damaged.

Great large house on the beach

Great and modern house, large rooms, great veranda, nice pool area, fantastic ocean view. Beach and several nice restaurants nearby, large supermarket with fresh meat, fish and everything else you might need within 10 min walking distance. We could definately consider to come back! More sunbeds would be nice, also a larger outside table. A couple of bikes would have been great.

Grote villa op een uitstekende locatie direct aan het strand

mooie grote villa voor 12 personen met een mooie grote tuin direct aan het strand. plus punten: locatie, zwembad, mooie grote tuin, direct aan zee, bedden goed, keuken goed en schoon. goede ontvangst. min puntjes: niet alle doucheruimtes waren compleet (prullebakjes, plankjes, douchestang etc ontbraken) , 1 handdoek is wat weinig, en 4 ligbedden voor 12 personen is niet echt voldoende. kortom we komen heel graag nog een keer terug. goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding

Great house at the beach

The house is great and well equipped. The location is great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Add beach beds at the Pool, because 4 on a group of 12 is way to few. And more relax chairs on the porch wouldn't Hurt. Some beds squeak in the room with 4 beds.

Nice Stay

Enjoyed our stay, the villa is set right on the beach front with local beachfront restaurants - great location for a quiet stay. Nice spacious villa but in need of some upgrading. A couple of the showers were not very effective, there isn't any plastic cups for use round the swimming pool (we had to use glass). As we stayed for 9 nights it would have been nice to have had the villa cleaned during our stay also. All in all a pleasant stay but feel there are a few improvements that should be made.

Amazing Villa

9 of us stayed for a week at the end of July 18. Javier our host was very helpful. The villa was amazing, very spacious and well presented. It is fully kitted out for self catering so much so that we only went to the local restaurants on 2 nights. Made full use of all the facilities in the villa including the BBQ. Located right on the beach front it had a perfect view to sit outside in the evening. Close to the local supermarket and bus stop. Just wish we had stayed longer!

Great Location, excellent outside space

This villa had many good features. It was well located, its back gate opened onto the beach path, great for a morning run/walk (took 15 min to run into Rincon). The pool was large and clean. There were 8 of us (3 generations: young adults, parents and grandparents) but only 4 sun loungers. There was ample seating on the patio which was lovely, we generally ate there (although the table wasn't big enough for the 8 of us). Most of the bedrooms were ok, only one had an proper ensuite, two others shared a bathroom which was between the 2 bedrooms (no locks on any of the bathroom doors). The bedroom with 4 beds was not nice, looked like it used to be a garage, it needs some decorative attention and it was hot and stuffy. The locked driveway was big enough for 3 cars. Malaga is about 30 mins, Nerja is about 40 mins. A nearby resort worth visiting is Torre del Mar. If you play golf, Anoreta golf is the best option, only 5 mins drive from the villa. The patio door did not close nor did the window in the kitchen, the internet went down - these were sorted in a few days.

Schönes Haus mit grossem Garten

Das Haus war toll. Grosse Zimmer für alle und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und wir mussten zuerst etwas die Küche putzen. Trotzdem ich würde das Haus weiterempfehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist das Meer und die Strände sind sauber.

Extremely comfortable

Great stay at this fantastic residence with amazing garden (they even have turtles!), outdoor kitchen with bbq, and pool area, we never left the house because it was so nice. Will definitely try to come back!

FABULOUS!!!

This house was absolutely FABULOUS!!! The photos don't do it justice at all, there is a lovely garden and beautiful big pool. It is pristine and the decor is beautiful. The property manager was extremely helpful and really friendly! I wish I could spend every weekend there! Thank you!

¡Genial!

La casa es espectacular, mucho mejor aún que en las fotos, estuvimos muy a gusto. Sobre todo destacaría el trato recibido por parte de Javier (Homeaway), quien estuvo súper atento en todo momento y nos facilitó incluso información adicional en relación a sitios por los que salir o el número de taxis de la zona. También contratamos una clase de Paddel surf con Toro sup, que resultaron excepcionales. La casa está perfectamente equipada y aunque el tiempo no nos acompañó, pudimos disfrutar de unas vistas geniales desde la misma. La recomiendo 100% e incluso puede que volvamos!

Formidable

La villa est splendide, spacieuse, confortable avec une longue et large terrasse sur laquelle nous avons profité délicieusement du soleil et de la vue sur la mer. La grande piscine a enchanté nos enfants et il n'y a qu à traverser un chemin pour être sur la plage. Javier est d une grande gentillesse, il s est déplacé en soirée lorsque l installation électrique a sauté et a immédiatement fait venir un électricien. Il s est montré très soucieux de notre bien être, aidant et nous a recommandé d excellentes adresses à Malaga. Nous le remercions encore. La maison est parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Nous la recommandons vivement.

¡Estancia de ensueño!

Mi familia y yo alquilamos esta villa en septiembre y disfrutamos de una estancia de ensueño. La casa es sensacional, todo nuevo y decorado con gusto. La piscina de agua salada y su amplio jardín es una maravilla, tanto para niños como adultos. Lo mejor de la villa es todo! Aunque sin duda nos quedamos con sus maravillosas vistas al mar, el poder abrir la puerta y disfrutar de la playa, así como su tranquilidad. Llega a dar pereza salir de allí... Un sitio con encanto al que esperamos poder repetir el año próximo!!!
