House Features

Set against a Mediterranean backdrop with sweeping views over farmland, forest, and the charming seaside village of Tamariu, this inviting two-storey home offers a peaceful retreat for families and adults seeking a relaxed, memorable holiday.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the house enjoys easy off-road parking. Through the main gate you are led down to the front door.



First Floor

The front entrance opens to a welcoming foyer. To the left is a convenient WC. As you continue through you´re drawn into the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This bright, comfortable space combines clean traditional features with modern furnishings, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. The living room features a sofa, cozy chairs, and a TV, while the dining area opens directly into a terrace overlooking the private swimming pool. An ideal spot for shared meals or relaxed evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects easily to the rest of the space, making it great for sociable cooking. Also located on the first floor is the master bedroom offering a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and quiet privacy just off the main living space.



Ground Floor

Downstairs, three additional bedrooms. One double bedroom has built in storage and its own ensuite bathroom. To gain access to the second double bedroom you walk through the bedroom with bunk beds. This room is perfect for younger guests or friends travelling together. The second double bedroom is clean and comfortable with access to a bathroom that features a shower unit. All bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the garden through glass doors. The natural light from the doors fills the space during the day and the peaceful garden setting makes it a clam and restful area.



Garden/ Swimming pool

The garden is a great feature with mature greenery and natural bushes, it wraps around the house and gently descends to the swimming pool area. The pool is bordered with natural stone and surrounded by sun beds, offering a private, sun-soaked space.

Whether you are taking a dip in the pool, lounging in the sun, or enjoying a quiet book in the shade, the outdoor setting invites you to slow down and savor the moment.
