Bright house at the beach with pool in Malaga

Our house is located in a small area of 7 homes. The pool is in the centre of the complex, which has 2 parking spaces. It’s on the second line from the beach, which can be reached in 2 minutes without having to cross any busy roads or streets.
It has 2 floors. The ground floor has a porch that opens onto the pool. It’s an ideal space to enjoy at any time of day. The living room is very spacious and bright. It features a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also on the ground floor is a full bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. This way, guests who prefer not to climb stairs will have everything they need on the ground floor. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom, another triple bedroom, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. One of the most pleasant features of the house is its large backyard. Arranged in an L-shape, one area has a dining table, and the other has a sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table—perfect for long evenings outdoors surrounded by the scent of jasmine and night-blooming jasmine and the sound of the sea.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, supermarkets, a hair salon, a pharmacy, a clinic, a church, a playground, sports courts, and a golf course. No car needed.
Public transport is just a few metres away and connects to Málaga, Almería, Granada, Seville, Madrid, and other cities.
It is, therefore, a home located in a family-friendly area yet just a stone’s throw (15-minute drive) from Málaga, a city that offers endless historical, cultural, and culinary attractions, among others.
