The cool rooms and the garden with direct access to the beach make the villa perfect to spend moments of relaxation and comfort.

The property is spread over 2 levels. From the entrance, you enter the ground floor of the villa through the veranda which leads into the living room which adjoins the kitchen. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The second floor is accessed via the external staircase. The panoramic veranda leads to the living room which leads to the corridor of the sleeping area where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

The exterior of the property features a large parking area and a beautiful garden equipped with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas, with direct access to the sea. The large veranda and the equipped gazebo are the ideal places for outdoor lunches and dinners, lulled by the gentle waves of the sea. There is also an external porch equipped with a barbecue.

Finally, thanks to its location, the villa is the perfect starting point for visiting numerous tourist destinations such as Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Donnalucata, or booking a catamaran to spend a half day in Malta.

Air conditioning is present on the ground floor only in the living area and on the upper floor only in the corridor.
The ground floor bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Electricity is included up to 150 kWh/week.
