Visiting London

Apartment was nice. Unfortunately, I have allergies and bedding was washed with scented laundry detergent and so it was uncomfortable for me. Also, owner did not give me a key so getting back into the back into the building was a hassle. The flat was much further away from my relatives than I realized and so I spent a lot of money on cabs.

Thank you for your feedback Nancy, it’s very much appreciated. I’m so sorry you had an allergic reaction in bed, you didn’t mention this, and I asked you daily if everything was comfortable in the bedroom for you. I do have an open door policy in the Flat, which I explained to you on arrival, so the rooms are left unlocked but for private use. I’m so sorry you found the intercom on the ground floor entrance to the building difficult to use also. It’s not possible to give the entry code to every guest due to security reasons, but I ensure the door is opened as quickly as possible once anyone presses the intercom. Thank you for making a booking, it was lovely to catch up over a chat with you during your stay also.
