Villa Sunny Hanioti is a premium holiday villa within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa Complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near Hanioti village. Layout
Villa Sunny Hanioti features a small private garden with a pool; it is air-conditioned and accommodates 4–5 guests in one double bedroom and a twin. The main bedroom is set on the middle floor and boasts an en-suite shower; the second is a twin bedroom in the loft. There is also a WC on the ground level.
The charming kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the contemporaryly designed living room, boasting a feature fireplace and a sofa that converts into a single bed.
The three levels are joined via an interior staircase, enjoying stunning open sea views.
Pool and gardens
The sparkling solar heated pool is located on the ground floor; it is accessed via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out with a drink or bite to eat in the nearby external dining space.
A further heated indoor pool is also available (charges apply).
