SEA VIEW PENTHOUSE In Villefranche/Mer ideally located in the heart of the Old Town with a very beautiful panoramic sea view, Le MARY JANE by Riviera Holiday Homes is a large penthouse with an area of 120 square meters that can accommodate 8 people.
It is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT elevator. Amenities, shops, restaurants and public transport are 200 meters from the apartment.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. then the 2 other bedrooms with a 140cm bed each. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and and 1 toilet ,the other with shower and 1 toilet. A large living/dining room and an independent equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. Air conditioning in the 2 largest bedrooms and fans for the others.

On the 2nd floor you will find the lounge/dining room opening onto a balcony with a beautiful sea and garden view and equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, you will have a large space with office area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and the other with bath and toilet, plus a terrace in Saint-Tropez to relax!

Many activities are offered to you by the tourist office such as commented coastal walks and walks 40 km from the coast "in search of marine mammals in the Mediterranean". Sea trip commented by a qualified scientist. Sea trips from June to September etc..
