The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away. Just 10 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic evening stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.

Bel appartement mais l’immeuble est sale et sent mauvais. La communication est désastreuse. On a l’impression d’un interrogatoire de police, ton très désagréable, on donne tout… et au final on attend 20’ dans la rue devant l’appart car il n’y a personne. Pas d’eau chaude dans l’appart, service de dépannage nous demande d’attendre le lendemain… bref, l’appartement est très bien mais tout ce qui va avec n’est pas agréable et pas au point.
