Modern new spacious condo with fabulous views, easy access and centrally located in Dubrovnik city. it has 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area with two big terraces. It's ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4, though 1 extra person can sleep on the convertible sofa/bed. The apartment has an easy access by elevator and it's centrally located in Dubrovnik city with fitness in the nearby hotel, grocery stores, bars and restaurants, a pebble beach and the historical city centre in 25 minutes easy walking. As per actual situation, we pay additional special attention to the cleanliness of the spaces, gave us some more time for thorough cleaning and disinfecting and added some extra amenities for additional comfort. For longer stays over one month we give special reductions, as the place is ideal for digital nomads.
From the apartment the historical town of Dubrovnik is reachable within 25 min walking distance or by local bus line. The beaches are within 10 min walking, the grocery stores in 5 min and the surrounding Dubrovnik tourist areas (Uvala Lapad) in 15 min walking.
