The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and the dining table seats four for cosy meals together. Each of the two bedrooms offers a peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms are tastefully decorated with soft linens and plush pillows. Outside you will find a quiet enclosed seating area perfect for al fresco dining.

PARKING - Please feel free to park in front of the cottage, all that we ask is that you do not block access to the farm.

SMOKING - Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the property.

PETS - No pets allowed.

EV CHARGING - Please note that electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the premises. Any unauthorized charging will incur a surcharge of £150.00. We can provide guidance on the nearest public EV charging points upon request.

NOISE - We kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum, particularly in the outdoor areas, especially after 11pm. Quiet hours are 11pm - 8am.

CLEANING - Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout their stay. A cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Overnight stays for additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host.

BROKEN/MISSING ITEMS - We kindly request you report any broken items during your stay. You are responsible for any damages incurred. Prompt reporting ensures timely repairs or replacements.
