Sea Wind House: relaxation between downtown and the sea in a quiet area.

Casa Vento di Mare is located in a panoramic and quiet area, just a few steps from the historic center of Forio. Here, you can admire the splendor of the sea and a breathtaking view of the mountain.

A colorful and modern style. Recently renovated and equipped with various comforts aimed at sustainability.

The house consists of a large open space with a living room, sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a study corner. It features a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a full bathroom with a rainfall shower, and a guest bathroom. The adjoining outdoor space includes a paved terrace with a sliding pergola and a garden.

We wanted to let ourselves be carried away by instinct and the desire to convey our personal character through the furnishings. For this reason, we have given the house an eclectic style, without excesses and with bold colors.

Very close to the beach, the port, the bus stop, several bars, an ATM, the pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, and more.

The house is situated on top of a small hill; to reach it from the main road, there are two alternatives:

Slope (3 min walk)

Stairs (3 min walk)

A gem of a property

We (my husband, me and 16 year old son) had a brilliant time at Sea Wind house. It felt like a real home from home with everything we needed in a wonderful location. Clara was very helpful and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property if you are thinking of coming to Forio.

Nice experience

The hostess was very friendly and obviously interested in making us feel comfortable. It was a very nice stay.Due to the parking lots and the partly narrow streets, a scooter is better suited than a car. The village itself it is not far on foot. You can travel the island by public transport well.In the winter half of the year, thermal bathing is only possible to a very limited extent.

Beautiful Property close to town

Selena and her Mum, Clara were very communicative and responsive to our needs and requests. The home is beautifully located with a lovely garden and outdoor seating. The views are stunning. The only drawback is the steep walk up to the property. Selena se t a message to take a small taxi but I didn’t see it until we arrived in a large taxi that could not go up the narrow drive. Fortunately the driver helpled to pull the luggage up the hill.

Traumhafte Wohnung im schönen Forio

Diese Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft: der Blick auf Berg und Meer, die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage zwischen Strand und dem Zentrum von Forio (beides 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Auch die Ausstattung ist perfekt, modernste Technik und dabei noch eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass es sogar Kuscheltiere und Buddelsachen für unsere Enkelin gab. Vielen, vielen Dank, Selena, für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
