Convenient location but way too noisy

We chose this property because it was advertised as close to all amenities which it was but the traffic noise from the main road was unbearable and was almost 24 hours a day. Nice apartment with a great view but the road completely spoilt it for us.

La casa era al centro di tutto,con un panorama stupendo e rilassante,aveva tutti i confort,la cosa più importante sono stati i due bagni con doccie incluse, ottimo per noi che eravamo 6 persone ...aria condizionata ventilatori c'era tutto ... non potevo chiedere di più.

grosse kühle Wohnung, aber laut

Die Wohnung liegt für Erkundungen an sehr guter Lage- nahe Stränden, Bus und schöner Einkaufsgasse in Forio. Nebeneffekt: der laute Verkehr und die dementsprechend schlechte Luft.... Die Betten und Zimmeraufteilung waren für uns ideal (Familie mit drei Jungs). Alle Zimmer sind auch tagsüber und nachts recht kühl. Iscia ist eine wunderbare grüne Insel, die Welt scheint hier noch in Ordnung! Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Fantastica!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero fantastico, la casa è fornitadi tutte le caratteristiche esposte nella presentazione, la casa a due passi dal mare e dalle fermata del pullman, e con facile accesso al centro e altri luoghi di interesse come la famosissima chiesa del soccorso. Un esperienza piacevolissima assolutamente da rifare!

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, situata a 100 matri dal mare e a pochi minuti dal centro e a tutti i servizi. Massima disponibilità da parte del proprietario e della signora Lika. Un esperienza assolutamente da rifare.

die Wohnung ganz gut , aber von der Lage her zu laut, Die Einzelbetten zu schmal und quietschend

Dadurch, dass die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, war es Tag und Nacht sehr laut. Wir waren zu viert. Die Bäder waren ideal für 2 Pärchen, jedoch die Einzelbetten viel zu schmal. Das Umdrehen im Bett hat man sogar im Nachbarzimmer gehört. Das dritte Zimmer hat leider kein Fenster zum Lüften, war aber das ruhigste Zimmer. Die Töpfe zum Kochen sollte man unbedingt aussortieren und lieber weniger aber brauchbare Töpfe anbieten.

Incantevole soggiorno! Io e mio figlio abbiamo appena trascorso una vacanza a Forio in questa magnifica casa, arredata al meglio, super accessoriata, ricca di conforts, pulitissima e con una vista panoramica veramente spettacolare. Inoltre è situata in una posizione strategica: a due passi dal mare, da ristoranti, negozi, dal centro del paese, dal porto e dalla fermata degli autobus. Il proprietario, il signor Guido, fin dall'inizio si è reso disponibile a ogni mio chiarimento e pronto a consigliarmi il meglio. La signora Lika e sua figlia persone molto gentili e accoglienti, tanto che al nostro arrivo hanno lasciato in frigorifero una bottiglia d'acqua, molto apprezzata. Ad occhi chiusi consiglio questa casa, certa che non deluderà nessuno.

"La casa e' situata in una zona molto comoda, con una vista mare molto gradevole,attrezza in tutto nel cotesto la casa era molto accogliente, l'unico inchippo che abbiamo trovato era per la raccolta differenziata, ma ci siamo poi informati e' abbiamo risolto la situazione. Se dovessi indicare un posto di vacanza a qualcuno indicherei proprio li.Spero sinceramente di ritornarci per la prossima estate."
